Would have given zero if possible. I booked for the service around 3 in the evening, the pick up was supposed to be between 5 to 7. At 7, when no one has still contacted me, i called customer care. They said that my service was still not allocated to anyone. Then i was told that since they have a lot of service centers, i should tell them which one is closest to me!!!! I asked the lady where all they have services and she rattled a list. I told her which was closest to me. She said she'll talk to the outlet and let me know. Half an hour later and still no contact. I tried cancelling the order online, but cancel is not working. Keep up the good work guys! Update: I called customer service to cancel my order and told them the reason for wanting to cancel. To that i was told that apparently the service is not available in my area, which can very much be possible, but of course the service providers don't think it's a part of their job to let me know of that while booking

The pick up never happened and apparently i get a mail 2 days later that the pickup has been done. The cleaning is alo not upto the mark.

What kind of app it is..?? No forgot password by mobile no. option ..

These guys used to be pretty good. Then one fine day their app booking system started messing up. After booking, I had to make umpteen calls to get my clothes collected. Same for delivery.

Compared to my first visit to ur outlet ur service has improved a lot. I had given white shirt with stains which none other laundry ppl could solve. And the stain had been removed to the max n speedy delivery. Good job guys

I have used this service 3 times in the past, every time both pick up and delivery were very late. Delivery boys and the customer care do not respond on phone calls and have to beg to them for your own clothes. Not at all recommended! And the quality of ironing is also not very great! These people do not even know to have basic conversation in hindi or English, which adds to the frustration! There are many other better such services available in the market!

Useless. Time waste. No response from there side. Theyll ask for more money at end. Please do your self a favor and shut this app.

This review is for electronic city branch. I must say you guys have improved a lot. I live very close to this branch. Though I used to get a vendor collecting laundry from my home I thought I will try with washbuddy since they appeared more professional. I was disappointed in my first visit as my expectation was not met but wanted to give a chance again. Every time I give clothes, I would be surprised to see they have done some kind of improvement. Good it is. I liked the way they starve to improve customer experience. OK what made me write so much about them? I recently gave my very costly silk saree for dry cleaning. I had real bad stain on it and the other guy was not able to remove it but Washbuddy removed the stain to my satisfaction. Im very happy about both laundry dry cleaning services they offer. This time I want to give my carpet. Lets see :)

You book via this app for clothes to be picked up the information doesn't follow to stores. Service is so pathetic that it takes days to return your clothes.

App interface is not that great. But Washbuddy team is doing a great job. Good wash quality. I was sweetly surprised to receive a feedback call. Indian laundry services have improved.

Booked through app for the first time. It was a great experience. Excellent service. Cloths are been washed and ironed very nicely. Pick up and delivery was well in time. It was my first experience and I found a perfect service overall. Thanks Washbuddy.

The worst kind of service and app. And their customer service number does not work. It's been 4 days they haven't returned my clothes and no one is bothered to call and inform the same. If I don't get my clothes delivery soon I will file a consumer service case against this company.

The rating is not for the app, but the service. If I use the service a few more times, I'm sure I'll exhaust all possible use cases of bad service. Booked on 3 different occasions, and faced an issue everytime. The pickup guy modified the pickup date once, came late once (even though the window of 1 hour is quite big) and overcharged once. This is for the Bellandur branch in Bangalore.

They ask for available time they can pick up clothes yet never show up their contact number no one answers yet when you call multiple times once it says its busy pathetic excuse of a service

Horrible service. Picked my order up and they expect us to pick up the order back. Response from the store was " pick up Ur order if u want but I'm not going to dilvery it" and hangs up Would never recommend this type of service to any one.

This is the worst laundry shop that is available. Their shops many a times no one is available and they do not care to inform you that your clothes are ready. They just randomly delay washing. Better find some other laundry

The main function of placing the order itself doesn't work. The app just gets stuck on the order preview page and the order is never placed.

I have been using this service for the 3rd time n rit after d 1st service dey started to show der original colors, dey do not deliver within d delivery time finalised, it took me multiple calls n follow up to get my delivery of washed clothes. All d while kept giving false promises of delivering in 30 mins n 45 mins... N yet m waitin d order after 32 hours....

They falsely claim of 1 day delivery. For the last 5 orders I never got back my clothes on time. After 3 or 4 days when literraly call customer care or visit the store.
