Unreliable app and people at the call centre. At least 10 times I got the details changed for my kids from school and again it gets changed wrongly. Call centre was good last year. This year it is useless and no resolution.
Terrible support. They never revert and they delete your request to add or update child details and route numbers without any communication.
This app is 100% useless. It will work maximum a day in a week. High time schools to find any other relayable options
I am using this from last 5 years, recently this app is very unpredictable. 50% of time it works. I am pushing euro School to get better application to manage travel for kids
I have the latest version installed. after entering the verification code it says this version of the app no longer supported. Please let me know what am I supposed to do. Working great now. Tracking works well.
They issued an update and at the same instance made the old version obsolete. It also does not work every day. Has cashing issue which can be solved only by clearing cash manually. Their service and server does very frequently. There are instances where for a few parents it works and a few it doesn't.
Half of the time it doesn't work. Rest half I get message to Uninstall older version and install again the newer one. Why can't you make self updating app?? It's frustrating to install again and provide whole info all over again.
Horrible app. Doesn't work most of the time. Customer care number never takes calls.
Horrible tracking app. Non responsive customer support both on email and phone. Please do us a favour by shutting down your company. Will be passing the same feedback back to the school.
Most irritating app ever found or made. Shockingly we are paying for such creepy app which doesn't work at all. Customer Care ppl should remain away from me to call, they provide age old solution of clearing cache. Even after doing also it doesn't work. Time to move away from this vendor is what I am going to discuss with the school authority.
I was registered earlier and was tracking the bus. Suddenly after the upgrade I'm unable to login and asking for registration again. Contacted CRM team, issue not yet resolved still unable to login and track the bus. Highly unstable application most of the time the server is down.
One of the frustrated users! What good is an app that doesn't load. Horrible QA/Testing job by team. Do you guys rely on customers to get testing feedback? Success rates are once in a month and we've moved in to live without it.
Very disappointed. I used it for Euro school, Thane. It is not functional since last one and a half months. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times, but in vain.
Nice App. It will be good if we can set alert point at any where on the route, where an alert will be triggered. Alert point shall be set like a pin-drop in the map. Existing alert zone setting is useless.
It's a good app but still a lot of improvements required like all the Drop points are not mentioned correctly for route number 8 DPS DLF Phase 2. also it has been noticed that since last 2 days the app is not working at all for junior students drop time on same route.
Just rubbished no need to download. I called 5 times but they always saying they will call u back but no one call back. It is almost 1 month my i m not able to track my child bus route and when i called they said it will be solved by tomorrow but that tomorrow never came. I hate this app.
Can't get OTP. Waited several days. Reinstalled several times. No indication of what user must do or how to get support. UX is pretty bad. Evidently nobody thought about the flow. Wondering if it is the arrogance of having a captive audience.
The days when app is working it starts to voice out a message school bus approaching ..how much u accept the notification but message keeps playing.. really irritating
Doesn't work, and these guys don't care to resolve it because they anyway get money as school forces you to subscribe to it. Pathetic ..

This app is being used by Euro School Undri Pune and it's not been functional since last 2 months. I have tried calling in app assistance gave my feedback several times and tried it over two weeks. It seems they have no sense of urgency and importance of this app in our Child Security. Last night the app sent and message and asked me to force update. Post that again registered and it's not at all tracking the bus route. Any immediate help will be really appreciated.
Even after years of starting this app service still they could not produce a stable app which is functional. These people are fooling millions of parents with this app. If school can install a mobile with Google map and share the location with the parents that is enough for safety and reliability. This app customer care never responds and they won't be knowing the location of the bus
There is no way to reach support from App. If you give feedback to through the app, no one bothers to respond. Given info for updating the children bus routes and nothing has happened for 2months. Could not use for this educational year starting Jun till now. Gave change in info in the beginning of June. Pathetic

Doesn't work in some bus due to technical problems. Everyday we are getting a msg from school that northstar is not working properly because of communication failure. This is going for many weeks. I don't understand for what service they charge us. Hopeless service. If you cant give good service, please let someone else do it.
