magicJack Connect Calling

A great app! Easy to use, and it's wonderful having a US number for others to call me while I'm forward deployed in Japan. I had issues initially before customer service contacted me and explained the operation. For users on the US calling plan, make sure you input the +1 prior to putting on your us number you're trying to call.

Worst app, paid money for this stupid app. There are many more similar app, use them instead of this. I am facing lots of problems with this application and everytime I email their support center, they are not responding back. I have wasted my money and would suggest you to not to go for this app. Mjconnect is only responsible for providing customer disappointment, they do not provide services and support. I am going for next application which I know is working very fine. Sorry MjConnect you have made a stupid app. you should be guilty for the same.

On buying plan it is showing blank entries for state name etc.- ------------ Bug fixed... Great :) subscribed for the same and works fine. Thanks (2) I'm not able to make call. it is saying that you should have enough credit. I think with this subscription I must be able to do calls to US.

Hi Team,I just subscribed to Unlimited US Call Planning. However i am not able to make calls to any of the US numbers and its creating a lot of problem and inconvenience. Can you please look over the issue and resolve at the earliest.

The worst. Paid my money all for the stupid app to not realize anything about me. App should not be in use if it's not going to work. Trying to call internationally, no instructions on how to do so. Such an inconvenience when you're trying to get things done. Waste of time

Worst customer service!! I've been trying to email their support address for over a month and no one ever replied. All negative reviews here are told to email support...figures as they don't reply. Facebook​ site doesn't work either. Avoid this and their poor service

Took my money it does not work. Cannot log on does not recognize my email address I used for set up of Magic Jack I have 2 USB magic jacks worked fine but this is bad just when I needed it badly

I can receive calls but I paid for a plan to make calls and have a us number but I can't make any calls. Emails have been sent with no response. I also left a message on Facebook even though the last update on there is Feb 28.

It's decent when it works, however right now its NOT working. Were having a lot of issues with the app so I reinstalled it. Now everything is out of sync and my account won't recognize the US number i purchased. Why is there no live chat support for this app? I need help!

Hi, I just subscribed to unlimited call in US + US number plan, I already have my US number but when I try to call or others call me, it always fails. I have also emailed you about this. Would appreciate if you could reply. Thanks

Paid for this app and have not been able to use it because no one can hear me. Ended up having to use Whatsapp which is FREE! Don't waste your money

Hi Team, Since you are responding back to the reviews, I have recently downloaded the app from the play store and took a subscription for making Unlimited US phone calls along with a US Phone number. However,I am not able to make any calls to the US numbers. Can you please look into the technical issues at your end and make sure the issue is solved at the earliest.

Wow! Thumbs up to magic jack app. My friend introduced it to me and it has been so good.....affordability, connects anywhere, free call to US..... yeah occasional call drop bcos the internet connection fluctuates. I Love it!!!!

Paid the money for US calling and and a US number and it won't let me make any calls. Updated: After emailing customer service the issue was fixed but the app should make it clearer how to operate making international calls to avoid a need for contacting customer service. Now that I'm able to make calls it's a decent service and I appreciate the ability to contact my family in the states while living abroad for a reasonable price.

I downloaded this app thinking it could be used to replace my cell phone plan since I am by a wifi connection most of the time anyway. However, the option to choose a number from ANYWHERE in the state of WISCONSIN was not available. Apparently it is not available to users in WI to get a local number. Horrible!

Hi, this app has a lot of potential but im not receiving my calls, I paid for the unlimited plan and people are complaining that they can't reach me or that the line sounds busy when calling.

I bought a plan but it does not work my family will call when I try to answer it wont connect. When I try to make a call it says failed and will not go through. This is not a good app.

While this app worked before, I now cannot see messages on my phone and it drops calls within seconds of being answered by either party.

Can't transfer iOS account to android. Had to contact tech support at the start as it didn't work right away. Also can't choose a California number which is where I live. Had to choose a Florida number instead. This is a hassle for friends and family. Why is there no California option ?

Major glitch issues.. I paid for a premium service which gives you a USA number and service for 1 yr. However, when I place a call to the USA, it's referring me to upgrade which is redundant because I already have a premium account. I sent an email to the support team to see what is causing such error. Pending a reply at the moment. This is a huge inconvenience.

Just doesn't work, period. I should have asked for a refund, but in the past magic jack has worked well for me. This app hid horrible, constant problems, non connections, can't hear person on other end. Stay away

I have tried multiple times to make calls with this app but it last about 20 seconds then the call fails I have made 30 calls with this app and 2 have gone through

Try free trial and charge me the money, also never allow to register an account or even reply to my email, disappointed :(

It worked for a bit but now it says I need to upgrade when I already bought the upgrade and j can't click on anything to get anywhere.

This app always breaking during conversations. I can talk about 5-8 minutes until it breaks up and I need to wait for about another 1 minute and redial again. My internet is fine for sure I checked that.

Opposing to what I previously believed. This is "The app" for making calls locally and internationally with exceptional audio quality. If you have a problem contact support they will fix it.

I purchased an unlimited call and u.s. number but My Girlfriend from union city c.a can't able to contact me here. waste of money

Customer service fixed my issues and everything is now working perfectly! Also I forgot to mention that customer service will contact you many times to make sure it's working for you! My app is working great.

When I DL this app,it was on a different phone,phone broken,I bought new one then re DL app,it wouldn't allow same no,after I had DL an update to this app. :(

Not what it claims to be. Does not offer anonymous services app verifies your phone with text msg.

i bought itto call home to canada from philippine.. now cant make a call. so i deleted it and redownloaded now cant register it even though it says paid for a year. keep saying internet problem.. unless
