Yiu people should not launch any app. Untll you have good support backhands ....bullsit service by smu de. I'm trying to login from last few days but getting error "server error. Please try later"

Worst app ever made. Neither working on Android, nor on other platforms. Not able to make fee payment. Amazon voucher offer is a gimmick. I tried for re registration for Fourth semester, but getting message for authentication failed, however the same login credentials working absolutely fine on the web version of Myzone.Today on 16.04.16, I have got a reply that the GV offer was for select users. Wow !! Height of cheating. I bet, they dint gave the GV to even 1 user

So irritated. I have been trying to re register from this app and Re registration is not possible. Its showing transaction failed all the time, Despite repeated try. Kindly look into the matter quickly.

I used every part of the app but its unable to respond quickly. Biggest demerit of this app is in "help desk" part if you raise any query you cannot get any ticket no. & its unable to sync with latest university updates...even result section not giving proper information. So i request DEVELOPER'S of this app!!!... Make it more functional and speedy.

Worst app I have ever seen in android history! And what a big LOL, they have updated the UI only, and felt that they did awesome work! Please grow up guys you are living in digital work, kindly update the backend/databse. Every time i tried to login it will show that password is incorrect but i can login from the same credentials from web! I mean pathetic.

Very slow app. worst app I have ever seen. I edited all my details but it still shows the old details. I didn't change my password and it shows password incorrect every time.

Too much slow ,and also getting error while payment the registration and deduct money from bank,who is responsible for this ,so pls remove from play store ,dont play with student life ,and also university is fack I never suggest any ane for this university ,

Excellent team effort my the app team. Initially I had some problems with regard to not being able to login. However, the SMUDE app team really kept on and on trying to sort out the problem without giving up. Hats off to the team. I don't have words to express. They deserve more than 5 star actually.

I want to re-register for my third sem but its around one week and i am not able to login on app. I also do'nt know the last registration date, please help me. 09 may 2016 : I am still not able to login on app. Ita giving me error "server error : please try after time". 10 may 2016 : yes my problem has been resoved. Thanks

Worst app and very slow. I had to delete it and I thought now it's better so installed it again but it's even worse. Not being able to sign up now. It's no use.

I can't even login to the app it has been more than a week.... I'm wondering how many users would be using this worthless app. It appears that most of the users are facing similar issue but no updates from SMU. Least they could do is check the logs to address the issue rather than asking details from each individual... Didn't expect this from SMU standards.

If I give one star also it will be waste...always it is showing server busy..it always showing... Old data..please develop in good way..

This application is not working. I am unable to sign to open this app after trying manytimes by correct using processes . So as a student of SMU I am facing lot of problems & please solve it .

Great to have all info but app is bit leggy and interface is just OK. Been able to sort out login issue finally

Been trying to apply for rereg from the past 2 week.. all it says is server issue.. is this the only way or are there other ways to make rereg?

First get your servers fixed, and then come asking for re-registration fee. Don't make fun of your self by providing such a pathetic website nd app. And If your damn myzone website is just meant for wasting money on a complex erp software, which your tech team could not handle. Then I must ask for discount in my fee as well.

Using since one year... A very few time faced login issue but after reinstalling app problem solved... Overall nice app.

The app doesn't login even after repeated attempts, showing server error, even though the website is working. Tried updating or reinstalling, but doesn't work. Not worth it.

Hi All, Earlier this app worked horrible and reflect error all the time whenever i am trying to login. Solution: Uninstall app and reinstall, than a msg pops up and delete your old or existing profile and login again......Cheers

I have tried to login many times but it shows error you have already register with different I'd do you want to continue & after that nothing happen.

Lately whenever I try to login, it shows server error! Apparently its been going on for a long time now! Seems like a bug! Please resolve this otherwise it's just another app using space on my phone!

Entering right id n pswd...Every time it shows server error or either incorrect pswd n id.. time wasting app..

Everytime it is saying service error. The app is not working properly. If you change your password then next time you may face problem by logging in and the student support team is not so helpful. It is my experience.

I could not login since last 6 months. Everytime when I try to login it says "Server error. Please try after some time". Are yar try karte karte 6 months hogaya. Abhi tak login nai ho raha hai.
