I live in tai tam needed an early taxi 5am. I called a taxi service night before they told me to sleep and call in the morning. I did that but they fail to get me a taxi then I download this app within minutes they called me back to confirm order within another 10 minutes taxi at my door step. Thank you

Not recommended. Absolutely like a mess. Ordered one and have 3 DIFFERENT taxi companies (teams) called me for order. Then the day after, another 3 diffenret drivers called me to "grap" the order again. Complelely messy portal just for spraying orders out.

I called a taxi which I need at 3.10pm, and their apps is only able to choose from 15, 30, 45 and 00. So I write it on the remark field. A few minutes later, somebody called me that it's useless to do so, no one will response to such call. He is so rude when he said so. Besides, I just want to make things clear in the remarks, what's wrong with it? If the remarks is useless, why don't u delete the field? I'm sure this is the first time and last time I use this App.
