Indian weight loss GM Diet for Android
While starting the diet, I was highly skeptical. Now, I've completed it successfully and the result is unbelievable! I've shed 2 kg in just a week!! Due to a week long of detoxification, I feel light, active, and refreshed. I definitely recommend this diet. Would have given 5 stars, if the problem regarding the information button (already communicated via email) had been sorted out.
I reduced 5 kgs in one week! I suggested this app to many of my friends who were wondering my results! But what about my payment of Rs.150 on the name of "GOOD KARMA"?? What will I get for my payment of Rs.150?? I am confused why should I pay 150 or 60 rupees without any benefit !!! Pl. Transfer back my money to my account if there is no purpose behind it.... Hi , I am through this diet for past 3 days now and my problem is if I don't drink milk every day, my acidity shoots . I have been drinking 250ml milk every morning with turmuric or coffee but have stopped completely for this diet. I qm following this diet strictly . Please suggest.
I have tried GM diet multiple times before I found this app. But reminding Ingredients day wise and keeping track of water intake was painful. But this app made it easier. I loved this app. It's my 4th day today. And I have lost 2kgs till now. I hope to loose at least 4kg by end of the diet. I am not able to do any exercises. So I am not expecting more to shade.
I've read the details and reviews and I would like to start this diet. I just have one doubt; I'm a nursing mom to one year old and I get hungrier that normal due to the feeds, also I have migraine problem. Is it okay for me to follow this diet or could you modify it for all such women out there so it's easier to follow?
Hi. This is just to write the review. But please respond as soon as possible. I have been doing this diet for 4 days now.today i followed the milk and banana diet. The first day i lost 600 grams but after that i gained 200. And then 3rd day lost 200 only. Is it even possible to loose more weight further? Should i continue or not? Please revert soon.
It's actually effective but an unhealthy way. One cannot stick to it for the life time and after returning to the normal schedule , my body gained weight very fast. I lost about 4 kgs but then after 2 weeks I regained 2 kgs. So, with this busy work life and moderately active schedule I don't think I can continue this. Also, I felt very weak for the whole week. So be careful if really want to opt this.
Hi, I am on fourthday... and i lost 4 Kgs.... my weight come down from 76To 72.. The diet was quit interesting.. i have started jogging 1 Hour and 30 Minuts exersise.. love it... interested to loss more weight

I have never experienced such a wonderful diet. Actually during 4th day itself your body will get detoxed and become flexible and free to do all exercises. At end of 7th day you will feel your body in different aspect which you have never felt before. No chemicals, not costly, no starving.. Its absolutely superb. No words to express. Its all about our self control of food, rest and exercises which GM Diet plan taught us.
Asking to drink 14 glasses of water is foolish. I am doctor I know such water amount will cause blocked nose. sinus trouble,headache,water load so pressure over kidney and heart to get rid of such excess water. Body knows when it needs water. Water can be poison if taken at wrong time ayurveda says. There is no shortcut to lose wait. Just stop consuming milk,milk products. That does wonders.

The app is pretty informative. I started Day 1 today but forgot to click on the start diet tab on app. And now it isn't allowing me to do so. It says start tomorrow. I can't redo day1 tomorrow. How do I benefit from the app now!

This app is damn helpful... Easy n clear to understand and follow... Must try for weight loss or detox... Best thing is an Indian vegetarian cannot get a better or more precise version of GM diet to help them get started...
You guys are doing a great work. But Don't u guys think that they need some complete protein in there diet,they didn't have 1st class protein and it will cause them serious health risk like skin problem,hair loss,low immunity,faster aging and many more problems

M on fourth day today and haven't check d weight yet but I feel light already... Like other diet plans I didn't have to starve myself... I did something similar in past but trouble was, a lot of non veg stuffs in d list, and it wasn't in a proper diet chart format...
The food list is limited for a person who eats a lot. Also mention alternative dishes. I'm following it and I'm feeling fresh. No acidity and body has become light weight. But sometimes I feel weak so I have to eat more than mentioned. It's better if you suggest alternative dishes
The app insists to take a lot of melons. But in winters, melons are not easily available. Of course they can be arranged but if not, what can be the substitute ?
1st day whole papaya means how much exactly? Amount wise. And other days, for herbs.. What kind of herbs? Please suggest some. And what can be used other than olive oil? And is it raw tomatoes or cooked/boiled in all days mentioned? And would it be good to add honey with lime water in the morning.?
Hi i m 5. 4 inch ....When i started this plan.. i was 64.9 kg with 18 % of body fat.. i followed each n everything with lots of cardio , dance n zyming.. actually i m not kind of fatty .. i donno wanna losse my weight . I jus wanna loose my fat.. N finally after a weekend . I m 63.8 kg with 14 % body fat.. i loosed my 4 % body fat.. n now i feels more skinny....
Being 1st time on crash diet lost 4kgs without extra effort on exercise. Great helpful app. A indication on calorie target would also give pointer to how much to be eaten.

The list is good and m going to start it from tomorrow but i have 2 suggestions 1st - you should also mention the time like in what should be the time in between lunch and dinner when should i take my breakfast after break fast in what time i should take midday snack. 2nd- plz add alarm or notification features so that one can know that its time to take water or food so plz work on it. People might not get all the type of food stuff or may not like it or be allergic to certain types. There must be a way to choose alternatives. Say, pears instead of pomegranates.

The app is designed really well.What should be the duration between two meals? If I consume breakfast at 8am. What time should be the mid day snack & then the lunch?
Depiction of GM dietary plan through this app by you for indians is kind of excellent job, bravo. What if raw garlic, ginger,pepper,chilly and onions are included? The idea is to escalate the metabolic rate of one's body by water,fruits and veggies, i'm sure, items which i suggested is also would add up to the scope of weight loss while following this plan. Your comment pls?
Hi, off course the diet a really nice, i had done it once. Now you have given shopping list and easier way to do it so it has become even better. Further, have some suggestions on app. You can add reminders for water and meals. Also try modifying diet based on age, weight and height.
Hi, I have started the diet and hope I get good results, but the problem is I don't like soup so what else can I have instead of soup on day 4?
Have done this before... used to reduce 800gms per day...felt like floating in the air...but when stopped gained double the weight ... planning to start again with adding physical exercise... wish me all the best team...

I'm giving 4stars because thus thing actually works. Apps is simple & easy to use. I would have loved if it could give motivational messages, be interactive & give diet alternatives. I followed this diet & lost close of 6kilos in 8days, this is by far the best & fastest thing! Yes! It was difficult in the beginning and had headaches for 3days but then it gets easier and incredibly better. I'm feeling healthier, lighter and energetic. Just to add sleep at least for 7-8hours to help weight loss faster.
