I used the app and lost 1.6 kg in 4 days, but then I miss the journey because of weekend and friend birthday party. (╥﹏╥) Can I start again after 7 days?? I need to lose 5 kg more.. Anyway, this app really great!
If there was a 7 star i'll give this app! I loose 3kg in 3 days! I snacked on popcorn though... Its hard but its worth it!

I love app... it's really nice... first time I lost 4 kg but I started again after I think 6 month and it's day 5 and it's just 1 kg....

In two days of the diet i lost 1.2 kg!! I eat cake in day two :( today i started from the begging.
The only missing thing is the feature of saving your water consumption without a Facebook account. Otherwise it's really complete!
Great app,simple and easy to understand.I do wish they could have specified the types of herbs we're supposed to use and the portion of chicken breast but apart from those things, great work
Some fruits like watermelon are not easy to find all year round so it would be nice to get some other choices which can replace those that are not available all the time.
A good app with organised meal plans :) However, it'll be better if more ingredients are listed for certain meal. Also, you could provide directions on the preperation of the meals. Thank you :)
Can you please tell me how much time before and after meal to drink water because its unhealthy to drink water just after meal and is it necessary to walk after every meal or just walk in morning is enough
I am correctly doing almost the same diet and now I found this app and I liked it. Should I follow exactly the same programme and eat exactly what's mentioned ??

I'm going to try this app. The things that they give to eat looks nice. But some I might not have so I just might replace it with some other food or nothing at all. I hope I don't lose some weight

The app is good. But it will be great if you add replacement for watermelon as it is not available in winter(i had orange.is it fine?). Also can I replace red kidney beans with any other beans? On second day can I eat more than one potato? Can i replace tofu and soya chunks with meat? What to replace sprouts with??
