Ehh.. Never received the $10 digital code..

I have been trying to open this for weeks! I had a Macy's app. But it didn't open as supposedly it is now incompatible Not a big deal as it never worked any way. I went to app. In play store as directed and tried to download. Now it does say installed but it does nothing.

I never receved the 10 gift card or code that I was suppose to receive when I downloaded.its honestly a lie to scam you in.

If you download to get the $10 you have to agree to spam text messages. I don't so I deleted. It does take several tries to figure out the confusing directions.

I never got to the screen of the giftcard i did what im suppose to do n nothing..

What happened to the regular app that let me pay my bill?! Your apps have always had Terrible problems, until it finally worked. Now this?!

I work at Macy's. If you people who are complaining would read the fine print it says ONE GIFT CARD PER PERSON . Sorry that the company canceled out the scammers. Other than that, this is a great app.

This app is awesome and does everything it says is should do. But before all the news about the free gift card was out $10 to everyone, lots of people took advantage of the glitch in Macy's system. Unfortunately for all the people getting the good news now, its too late.. well that is until more security can be made to make sure only one gift card is made available for each person.

I've never seen anything like it. It recognizes different catalog pages and plays videos for each item. Works great on my S4!

MACY'S lack of preparation for the number of users that would use the app and request the $10 gift code is ridiculous. If you offer a deal expect a large amount of requests. Nice concept, poor execution and support.

This store sucks their workers are miserable and there stores are overpriced with cheap merchandise. Dillards is way better the store will go bankrupt just like the store before them that they brought out. There is no more magic in Macys

I uploaded the app to scan the page for the $10 Macy's mobile gift code. The app crashed 3 times in 3 tries. Don't bother uploading it!!
