V380s

Eventually connected to the camera through local router however will not connect with WiFi turned off. Camera speaks in Chinese, of no use to me in UK. How can you view the camera feed anywhere when it won't connect other than local network? Doesn't work as described and no support. Waste of money.

Absolute garbage. Cannot connect to phone app at all. Have tried all options on limited chinglish instructions. I am not an idiot with tech but this is a complete waste of good money. Anyone who can figure it out is welcome to contact me. Purchased thru Groupon and will be feeding back to them also. Don't waste your money people...

Message always show "Drop down to refresh, try to connect again, and then check whether the network has connected correctly" And sometimes show"please pull down the screen and try to connect again, if failed, please check your internet connection. But status shown "internet online" and the dot is green. Please help. Tq

No problems. Works well, while other app V380 just crashes.

When i record video it playbacks a weird looking output....it warps and everything

Hi Guys, great app the V380s but ! why is it that the video downloads from camera to my phone ( mp4 ) play but are really fuzzy, unreadable. No use at all if I was trying to view who the burglar was !! I have tried the same procedure on my friends phone ( Samsung ) and the same thing happens. So it cannot be the phone with the problem. I even replaced the SD card and tried again but no joy. It has to be a fault on this App as it does not happen with the V380. Please get back to me with your comments and preferably a fix. Otherwise the App is pukka ! Oh ! No problem with screenshots. Regards...........................................Jay

Great Apk But Please Add the option for multi cameras. I own 4 cameras and would love to see all of them at the same time and im Sure most of the users will appreciate that. Thanks
