About Cardiograph - Heart Rate Meter

Cardiograph is an application which measures your heart rate. You can save your results for future reference and keep track of multiple people with individual profiles.

Cardiograph uses your device's built-in camera or dedicated sensor to calculate your heart's rhythm - the same approach used by professional medical equipment!

✓ Measure your heart rate

It's never been easier to know what your heart rate is! Without any external hardware, just using the built-in camera/sensor of your smartphone or tablet, you can get accurate readings almost instantly.

✓ Know how fast your heart is beating

It can be very useful while exercising, if you're under stress, if you have a heart-related medical condition, or even just out of curiosity.

✓ Track your results

Every measurement you take is saved to your personal history, so you can keep track over time.

✓ Multiple profiles

Cardiograph is perfectly tailored to allow multiple people to use the app on a shared device. You can create profiles for each of your family members or friends, and each of them has their own individual measurement history.

✓ Clean and intuitive design

The streamlined and clutter-free design makes it seem instantly familiar, so you can focus on using the app instead of navigating through series of screens.

✓ Android Wear support

Cardiograph is specifically designed with Android Wear support. You can measure your pulse using the hear rate sensor in your smartwatch. Please note that Cardiograph will work on smartwatches with a heart rate sensor only.

Please note: If your device doesn't have a built-in camera flash, you need to take your measurements in a well lit environment (bright sunlight or close to a light source).

Good tool for research own health details. Of course not for real medical usage but usable for regular morning of pulse during training etc. Also want suggest add some futures related to clock and alarms. In short words will be good have possibility to schedule alarms/notification for regular check.

Neat concept. I have a Galaxy S7 and when you use it the camera light by the sensor comes on but it's too bright. Bright enough it makes it so hot it feels as if my finger is burning. When using the heart rate with S-Health, it never used the camera light, it uses the red sensor for pulse rate. Not using this app again for fear of burning my finger. Please fix.

Q70%
by Q####:

This app helped me figure out what my heartrate might be at. I went to the hospital and was told I had a sepsis infection. This app helped save my life. Had I not went to the hospital I would have died.

One of the oldest but far from the best. There is no Google Fit support and while the app support dedicated HR sensors the function is simply no working with Samsung Galaxy serie.

Q70%
by Q####:

It works well, though it'd be good to note it's most efficient that the fingertip has to cover both the lens and the flash, the very tip resting on the lens itself. Also it would be good to have a more precise graph.

L70%
by L####:

This is a waste of time. Samsung S8 with sensor and not working at all. Funny thing is I covered the lens with a piece of cotton and it picked up the cotton's heart rate

Thought it was great but then put it down and discovered my table has a pulse. Seems fake or unreliable.

Q70%
by Q####:

I thought it was doing great until, I took my finger off the sensor, it was still counting my pulse. So, I tried it additional times, during the same session, again the air has a pulse.

Q70%
by Q####:

Love it and so does my doctor, but it would be nice if there was a way to delete the history so that it records one month at a time, other wise there is to much information to have to go through.

M70%
by M####:

Reads data from built-in sensor on my Galaxy S5 with no problem. Can't find any other app which does that. Only wish there was a way to remove ads.
