App won't open!

All of a sudden, recently, this Android app stopped working on my Note 4, my Nexus 7 Nexus 10.. The only way I can access my information is on their site now.. What happened?? Is anyone having the same issue? Can the developer help with this..?, please.

Yes this App is broken on Android, and has problems with Google Chrome Browser. I've reported what I think could be one issue a month ago, but seems like no one is supporting the App / Site - Pity. Does not seem to have an Export function either :-( NB this was a great App before it broke!

I have a very complex medical history and I thought this one would be the one app that could help me. App installed fine but will not open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the app still will not open.

It was absolutely crucial info while in doctor's office and emergency situations.

This app is great. It keeps all my medical information like doctors, medication, allergies, operations and much more. I would be lost without it. I'm always forgetting something.

Every entry takes forever since it seems to be an internet interface instead of local app that synchronizes to the cloud. Would prefer to track hubby & kids in same app. Also need tracking of foods & symptoms to establish what's causing chronic Allergic Rhinitis as well as migraine & pain logger.

I love this app, but would like to see more detail, even a paid version. I would like to be able to customize it further by removing diabetes tracking and replace with thyroid. I would love to see detailed sections for tracking different health issues instead of one general notes section. A period tracker for women, specific areas for monitoring migraines, asthma attacks, and other things without needing multiple apps.

SAYS it allows you to add records that aren't programmed in, but the website crashed and lost all my entries multiple times, and as for doing it on the phone, forget it - too time-consuming. Very limited selection of test records. Altogether annoying.

Now I can keep track of my medicine; Doctors; and appointments. Just wished it was stored on my tablet instead of online.

I just wanted to open and check out setup... Shouldn't have to give so many details or register my email... I just wanted to see what you have to offer... No Thanks... You should at least add better photos of setup.

Just installed and it won't let me click yes that I have an account.

I love this app. Runs perfectly on my Galaxy s3 and s4 as well as my Windows laptop and my nexus 10 tablet. Would like to know how I can view the systolic and d iastolic at the same time in list form without having to open each line in the list of blood pressures. I have used this app for 7 months. Excellent.. Update..Would love support for photos of prescription medication labels..any chance that could happen?

This is exactly what I was looking for! I'm downloading it for emergencies, EMS will know all my info. Add more tags so the app is higher on the list during search.

I'm surprised with the HB TV low rating his app has gotten but over the last year or two I have looked into say dozens of personal medical records apps and this at first glance seems like one of the more comprehensive I've seen. Its the first one that had ever asked as many questions. I haven't used expensive professional apps but this one I'd pretty cool.
