Interval Timer

A simple timer to help you keep track of your workout, cooking steps, daily routine, and much more. With this timer you have the ability to save up to a max of 5 sets of timers containing 100 intervals each. Each interval has the ability to set a description and chime to give you audible and visual cues.

INTERVAL SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS:

To add a interval: press the add button in the upper left.

To add or subtract time to a interval: press the time of interval in the center and use the + or - to add or subtract time from the interval.

To set a interval description: press the pencil icon to open the description, the icon will turn blue if it has been added correctly.

To add a "Break" or "Stop": press the hexagon on the left of interval to make that interval a break in routine.

To go to next screen of timers: press the next screen button on the bottom right.

To go to previous screen of timers: press the previous screen button on the bottom left.

To clear a save: press and hold the load icon for 2 -3 seconds.

To go back without saving: press the back button in the upper right.

HOME SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS:

To start your timer: press the play button in the center of screen.

To pause your timer: press the pause button in center of screen.

To reset timer: press the reset button located below the play button.

To mute chimes: press the mute in the bottom left of screen.

To go to interval page: press the config button in the bottom right of screen.

To exit timer: press the x in the upper right of screen.
