What is M-Governance?
- “M-Governance” stands for Mobile Governance.
- This Mobile application is developed for the citizens of town to navigate through each & every municipality’s related information 24X7 at their premises in mobile. Citizens will be able to do complain, application for any services like street lights, water, drainage etc. citizens will be able to view the progress made or actions taken on their application or complain. M-Governance helps chief officer / chairman to connect with each & every department desk with their minute-to-minute activities through this mobile application. Officers will be able to monitor personally on each & every complaint came from citizens and the response time by the municipality’s staff or third party contractor staff for resolution of the same. Owner or occupier of the registered property holders on the book of municipality property tax department will be able to access this application with prior authorization by municipality staff.
