And not one from the current version of the app. -- it gets worse, it actually has a very odd icon made using the windows paint program? ... a solid white square background instead of the usual transparent background that any competent android programmer would have used. It appears to be a scene of a lake with trees in the foreground, a round image on a square white background, could be an old vinyl album cover. Moreover, it installs two apps, with that same strange icon–second app is named “Note Pad” ... non-functional ... just scary. Quotes: “Eff. Monthly Rental Income” and “Monthly Pay Out Pocket” What on earth is that? – In either case, they aren't telling ... mostly gibberish, apparently from non-English speakers. It requires you to list both first and second loans, else it reports a monthly payment of zero–then the payment is wrong, does not explain what “payment” may include. Finally, the app asks for Closing Costs as a percent of the Price: ridiculous. Bad turns to Sad, when it “outputs” only five numbers: one being a restatement of an input. If you need a real app of this sort you will probably have to part with a couple of dollars to get something real.
