I&P Group

I&P Group has a combined track record of over 130 years in property development. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), and was formed in May 2009 after the successful merger and rationalisation exercise between 3 companies i.e. Island & Peninsular Sdn. Bhd. , Petaling Garden Sdn. Bhd. and Pelangi Sdn. Bhd. The new entity is now known as I&P Group Sdn. Berhad.

The Group has successfully developed several major and well-known projects, notably Bukit Damansara, Bandar Kinrara, Alam Damai, Alam Impian, Alam Sari, TemasyaGlenmarie, Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, Taman Pelangi and Taman Perling to name a few.

The union of these 3 property development companies, each with its own track record of experiences and achievements has further elevated the company's profiles , delivering homes within more than 60 townships.

The group has again been recognised as one of the country's best in property development as one of the top ten winners of the The Edge Property Developers Awards for 2010. This is the seventh consecutive win for the group and at the same time its Bandar Kinrara township has been nominated as the winner of the inaugural The Edge - PEPS Value Creation Award 2010 under the resindential category. Given its reputation for quality , timeliness and innovation, a large number of their developments have become landmark achievements that are emulated by other industry players.
