I love this app

I've not found a more helpful app yet for tracking my pets health. They have also been very helpful whenever the app has given me any problems, which there have not been many of. I would like some additions, but the app still has everything I need to work. I'm also waiting for the Amazon version to be updated, but otherwise I'm very happy to use and recommend this app to pets owners of all kinds.

I haven't delved too much into this app, but I can say it's the first comprehensive pet care app I've seen that isn't just designed for either dogs or cats, and for that I love it. My only issue is that while the app can be used for pets other than a dog, cat, or rabbit, it doesn't let me specify the species of these other pets. It seems like silly gripe, but an important one to those who want to keep complete and consistent documentation on their animal friends. I know there's too many types of pets to put them all on the drop-down list, but an option to type it in ourselves would be nice.

I have been using this app for 1.5 years now and have loved it. However, for a few months now I have been having issues altering the schedule for my dog's vaccinations. And because of this I get notifications daily to say my dog is due vaccinations when she isn't. It is extremely annoying. I sent an email a month ago but never received a reply. Very disappointed. I would give this 5 stars if someone would response to my email and help me fix this problem.

I have multiple pets. They have shots and deworming due at different times if the year. However....if you have more than one pet always worm everyone at the same time. This app is excellent. I can keep track of problems I've came across and will ask vet because I can keep notes. It's the best app I've seen for keeping track of all your pets.

You should make this compatible with iPhone as well.....so many people change phones

I really liked this app but all my pets information suddenly dissapeared. As soon as I wrote my complain, customer service reached out to me and fixed the problem less than 24 hours. I recommend this app anyone who cares their pets so much.

Loved then hated

I have several ferrets and this app is full of details I can keep on their health and care and vaccines schedules etc. Love that it has cloud back up too :) One suggestion - would be good if there was a way to select a number of pets and update on mass if they all recieved like say a wormer or flea treatment at same time ;) I use this all the time. I've tried other pet apps but this is the best, most versatile and you can put so much info on it and its backed up too

you have to make the application for iphones too and i cant put the same account in 2 different phones to control my pets care from my new phone. I told them I can't syncronise my account to my new phone but the update they made it didn't fix anything

I need to track foster kitten weight in ounces. This app doesn't do that.

It's awesome, but can you add more pet options? Like bird, snake, rodent ect... And can they each have the specifics for them? Like snake- substrate change Check terrarium tempature. And cats- litter box clean and change? Otherwise, you have to mess with the stuff to make notifications like this. All in all, amazing app! Thank you for reading

Best app of it's kind. The developers are responsive to users, are actively developing and improving the app and have done an amazing job at giving us a single place to care for all of our pets! Thank you ..and bravo for the new sync! Wife and I have been waiting for it.

My family owns multiple pets and it has been very difficult to keep track of their records all together, I had to use paper logs and sticky notes. Finally, with this app I am able to keep track of everything simplified and organized with the click of a button! Thank You 11 Pets, I am looking forward for future updates, keep it up :)

This is a good app. Still needs some improvements. People gave valid suggestions like vaccine and removal of estrous cycle if the animal has been spayed. So far, good job. Keep it up.

The most complete and user friendly app I have used. Every single detail about my pet, can be included. This should not be a free app. Perfect for the use I need it for.

Amazing app

I spent countless hours using this app for all it offered, filling out all the info for my 2 dogs and 3 new puppies, and setting up care schedules for them. What do I have to show for all that work? NOTHING. I upgraded to a new phone and counted on the cloud backup to carry everything over to my new phone. It said it downloaded 4 files... I'm still waiting on the pups to pop up in the app.

Love it! But to be more breeder friendly you should add an area for pregnancy information. I've sent an email regarding more detailed information, but areas I'd like to see would be conception date, notes to include how many born and what sex, due date area, and notes to put vet care of the babies.

It would be nice if I could create pet groups for when I do things at the same time like feed the turtles. Example: Feed dogs group, Feed turtles group. This allows me to click done once. It would also be good to have an unknown option for pet gender. I haven't learned yet what my turtles are. Unknown would remind me to find out. Syncing with other family members would also be nice to aid in pet care communications.

Very practical and easy to use. I use it to track the health of my birds and keep good records. It's helpful for managing medication and conditions, I like the reminders. Recommend for all pet owners.

Vaccines: Borrelia burgderfori is the same as Lyme. Influenza H3N2 as well as Influenza H3N8 should be added to the list. Non-primate species have Estrous Cycles, not Menstrual Cycles. This section should automatically be removed if your animal is sterilized (spayed/neutered) & you did not previously enter any information regarding such. Should be able to enter blood types for cats & dogs in case they may ever need a transfusion. 4 way Leptospirosis vaccine includes: L.canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona and L. grippotyphosa. Monthly Heartworm Prevention is recommended. Bi-annual Fecal Screening for parasites is recommended. Annual Heartworm & Tick Titer testing is recommended.
