Its aim is to create movement for involving all citizens as Volunteer to CLEAN INDIA MISSION. And chance for govenment to demonstrate concern for DISASTER MANAGEMENT and PROSPERITY. Application works with all kind of connectivity that is SMS, 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi internet. m-Mitra use any hardware available at your work station.

It also take gps to send location of perticular place of complaint. Also in emergency situation citizen can ask help by Alarming the SAB (Security Alarm Box). And at the time of Disaster administration can Alarm cell phone of citizen to inform. m-Mitra is totally free application.
