LYNK - Book a truck

The truck driver had visited the site and the transport of goods could not take place due to inability to reach at a consensus on the price of loading and unloadingthe goods. Still I was hoodwinked Rs. 216 since the app claimed that the journey had started and there was no possibility of cancellation by the customer. I had the pleasure of losing money for the simple reason of downloading the app and testing it. Thank you. Uninstalling the app.

I tried this app after not being able to get a truck at short notice, and i got a truck in 15 minutes!! My goods were translorted safely and the fair was cheap as well. Lynk wallet feature was very useful to pay cashless

I stay in the outskirts and was not able to get a mini truck no matter how much i was willing to pay. My friend asked me to try this app and I got a truck in half an hour! Though i had to pay outer area charges, the pricing was fair and the service was excellent!!!

Used this service and I am completely satisfied. Had to transport some handle-with-care goods and so was a little doubtful in the beginning. But these guys also offer insurance for your goods and great service!

For app 4 star , Efforts 5 star but for drivers 0 star. Time should be start only when you start the journey not when you came to my door. For luggage loading, it can take more time but you are charging same for loading and traveling, that's bad. Updates - Where is the date option. I want to book for future but no date option are there and no confirmation before final booking.

Had to get my new TV delivered n so gave this app a try. Fast delivery with updates about goods location, unexpected delay and stuff. Would surely recommend

Used the app for house shifting and everything went smooth. I don't like carrying cash with me and this app's built in wallet came in handy there. Five stars for convenience!

Had to deliver a few paintings to my clients and needed a truck for a couple hours. Went with the package pricing and it turned out pretty cheap despite covering multiple destinations. Thanks

Reviewing an app for the first time as I was completely satisfied with the service, which was hassle free. I was little skeptical from some of the bad reviews here. Not Anymore :D :)

This app is a total joke, rather than charging as per KM, they are charging on per min basis. What if i get stuck in an hour stand still traffic?? And they worst thing is i can get a truck at cheaper price than what they are charging.

This is the worst app serivice I have ever had. Charges are too high. They show very low rates when we book and we pay double the amount after the product delivery. Plz do not use this worst app serivice for delivery of ur valuable goods. Lynk and driver who are all linked with lynk service are the worst people in the world. Guys Don refer any one . And Don use this app. This is a flop app.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Its so easy like an uber or ola. Just wish they provided manpower for lifting the goods too. But still, a very good app. I had a top notch experience with my booking

I usually collect deliveries personally because the route to my place is tricky and it is difficult to explain on phone. But with this app, the delivery was hassle free and i was also able to track my delivery!

Nice user friendly app, very good response and prompt customer support...overall good service..I gave 4 star because rethink about pricing, it seems to be bit higher compared with local guys

I liked the service. But u did not get back my refund of 200 on first booking. That was quite unsatisfying

Saw the ads on buses and decided to give it a go while shifting my house. Great experience! Would recommend if you're not present while shifting and wanna pay by card

Enhancements required. Feature: * Pre booking is not available. It's not a car taxi to book on the spot and check availability. Can't change there shifting plan due to inavailability. For shifting preplaning is must. Bugs: * My name went as null and save as it is. * Lynk rates and support are not working appearing with no data (blank). Thank you.

I am asked to recharge money minimum rs.500/- why do u define that. I used to book truck once in a month. Why there is no option to get back my money. Which is irritating.

Good but in Chennai maximum time is showing ...now trucks are not available .. please try after some time . If I will try after some time , then what will happen ..I can't take my load ...is is showing ride now ...but maximum time if you are going to book , it is showing try after some time...in urgency time you can't trust on this ... please guys ...

Hi all these guys are really froads. You have to add a minimum amount of 500 rs inr to your lynk wallet. Unfortunately my friend transferred 600 rs to his wallet for a 666 rs trip. But couldn't able to transfer 66 extra since you have to pay 500 minimum. They will not give back the extra amount you payed and it will stuck in your lynk wallet. The customer care executive told that you can add as much as amount you need through lynk website but she is unaware about the company's policies. So he payed extra 500 to book the truck but actual cost is just 666. They will not give the extra money back to your account. He don't have a plan to book them for another trip too. He lost his money also. Guys please take care before you transfer the amount to their wallet.

Very convenient app... Had to get some furniture delivered for my new office and needed a mini truck at short notice. Saw their ads on autos and tried it. The service was quick, and the driver was professional.

Booking not working in app, no partial payment of wallet amount, no refund of wallet amount, not load less than 500rs in wallet,wallet amount only used booking. No other usage like recharge mobile, dth, etc

Gps is not working...Unable to detect location There should be an option to enter address manually if gps fails...

Had to get a few flowerpots delivered and I used the Lynk app for it. The service was spot on! The flowerpots were delivered quickly and safely. I paid through their e-wallet and got a cashback too!
