I subscribed to 1 year filipino channel but It could not work at all. The box which is included was not able to arrive with me. It is almost 1 month already. All devices I am using is not work at all.

Does not work it stops on 6-7mins on Live tv. its too bad i had a subscription and they just reset my IP but the problem is on the App itself. maybe better to put JWPLAYER on their app like for IOS and MACOS devices. but for android its not working!!! please fix!
