I never expected that Lyca has an awful bunch of customer representatives who answers you rudely and cut the call abruptly without even resolving the request. Cheaters and liars..

This is completely useless, it was desinged by an old dude who is still living in the late 70's. I am not a lawyer but I do know it's against the law for a company to deliver a different package to what you ordered. LYCA translates to manure and that's not loosely.

I downloaded to check my bundle balance, but it is not possible... The app is rubbish.

Nobody does nothing to fix this app? I think that Lycamobile customers deserve a better app to check their balance. Hope is getting fixed soon!

Could do with being able to view past months usage as well as current month. All in all much better than it was a few months ago when I tried it - it wouldn't work at all back then.

Installed app for looking5 at my phone history..I find bleak info given..I expected at least duration and an option to change month or year..disappointed

I am sorry but on my phone is not showing suddenly that I have a bundle, but I still have it. Is not working as it should.

The worst customer service ever. No one picks up the call even if you call multiple times.

The app seems not to work correctly as not allowing me to login but via the website I am able to access my account.

This app seems like it was made in 2009 when android just came out. Definitely needs to adapt Google's material design philosophy to polish it. The worst part is that top up never works. :( to speak with their customer care people you have to minimum wait for 30 mins

App is not bad but I can't see my bundle details like how many minutes sms data left

Probably there are many functions which are not working at all. Only two functions I have tried, rates and store location then I uninstall it, because I didn't get any results back. Not recommend it.

If anyone thinks this app is rubbish then you should take a look at Vodafone's app... Complete waste of time just like lyca's

Nice application that enables you to see your called numbers.

Sometimes doesn't function properly and I have to log onto the website. It's only good to check you're available credit. That's all.

Please update your app so that it cab meets the standards.

please add support for multiple numbers. It would not be a demanding task.. O2 has it.

I topped up my phone using this app. They took my money but didn't top up the phone. When I contacted them they said I had to prove I had topped up the phone. Use this app at your own risk.

Buggy, no useful info, impossible to set up autorenewal for bundles...needs more and better work to even be enough for customers living in the year 2014
