A Web Rádio Luz e Arte é uma ferramenta de comunicação promovida pelo Instituto dos Cegos da Paraíba, e tem como objetivo promover a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência
com a sociedade em geral através da comunicação.
Toda programação, direção e edição, é produzida pelos próprios alunos da instituição.
Nossa meta é expandir a rede Luz e Arte para outras instituições pelo Brasil, buscando assim a participação massiva das pessoas com deficiência nos meios de comunicação.
