About Vocabulary Trainer Flashcards
This is a vocabulary flashcard trainer based on boxes and decks with flashcard animation. Learn quick and easily with Leitner system. No annoying text input to check if vocable is correct. New Box with spaced repetition (SuperMemo like).
Check out the Pro Version with more functions than the free one.
- create a bunch of decks with your vocabularies in the appropriate language
- edit your decks and define auto-translation languages
- insert vocabularies to your decks
- import and export decks and lists
- we support TTS and SVOX TTS
- edit or delete single vocabularies from your list (Long click on a item in the vocabulary list)
- learn with Leitner system, up to five boxes
- choose a box and learn flashcard words. To see the corresponding word perform a simple click on the card and it turns around
- change the language order to learn vise versa (Click menu button in Vocabulary Box tab)
- use the GoTo button to jump to a specific vocable number within a box
- learn in random mode
Create vocabulary flashcard lists on your pc or export some lists from your dictionary websites and import them into your decks.
Use www.dict.cc access in import/export section to download vocabulary lists. Export lists from the website on your SD card download folder and import the list into your app.
The app supports "Move App to SD Card" only available for Android version 2.2 or higher.
The app is free and supported by Google Ads.

Had a chance to revisit this. The csv import works well. However there appears no way to control which side of the flashcard is presented first. It shows the 2nd column of the csv as the front of the flashcard. This is wrong for me and there appears no way to change it?

I couldn't find how add new cards or list, I made file "xls" with new list of words, and coudn't made import, it is annoyed, I thought that can use this app. (((

Macht alles was sie soll - perfekt! Schön (wichtig) wäre, wenn sie sich die Position innerhalb einer Box merken würde, wenn man kurz in eine andere app geht oder zur Liste wechselt etc. Ausserdem wäre es praktisch, wenn man Wörter auch in der Box ändern/verbessern könnte, dann müsste man nicht immer zur Liste wechseln. Sons prima - danke!

It's simple and just what I need. I can store all the words I know. Two pieces of feedback 1. The ability to move cards to other lists, as my lists get bigger I like to split them into multiple lists. 2. Auto font size so text fits in cards well. Thanks

I looked at about 10 different vocabulary training apps before deciding for this one. This is clean and simple, no unnecessary buttons or settings. The auto translation option and the TTS integration makes it all the more useful. I use this as my dictionary with the added benefit of a process to help learn the new words using the 5 box system.

What use is learning a word in German without the article! No good help - when I went to the web site everything was in German. Because I live in Germany it assumed I wanted instructions in German. Not user friendly.

first of all the app is very useful and does greating for practicing vocabulary. I would like to suggest that an option to shuffle the words within a box will be added, since I am (and I don't think I'm the only one) quite often remembering the order of the words a little easier than their meanings. The interaction style is also a little strange, but you get used to it. EDIT: Thanks for the hint, take this 5th star =) You deserve it!

I've tried a lot of flashcard programs, and this one is really good. It does what it's meant to do, is very simple to use and very effective. what I like best is how easy it is to import files (I've imported csv and txt) from the phone or sd card. Very simple to use and very effective.

I really like this. It does exactly what I was looking for, a simple flash card system that I can import my own data file to and that shows the answer without having any keyboard input.

I think, it's a very good app!If I don't have this app, I wouldn't know many voc's! But it must have an update, which is having a set, where you can mix the voc's in a Box!

cannot set list to show only top line - I.e. first line, on BACK of card so list can itself be TEST-AT-A-GLANCE
