App just cashes on android!

Lumo won't pair after latest updates

They completely ruined finely working system when it was available with Win app. Now it's not. Only one tablet is compatible out of my multiple devices. Android app crashes all the time as soon as you try to enter menu. Unusable. Not to mention that I paid for usb adapter for win app. Such a shame

Since upgrading to Pixel, I've had nothing but issues. The device no longer vibrates when it should and the app crashes when I click "Posture Feedback". Hope they fix it soon.

I've had my lift for some time and just started to use it again this morning. Reinstalled the app..and it won't let me complete the set up. I've set the posture and the device is responding but the app is still in set up mode. Please assist.

Data records during current day, then goes to zero the next day. I wear all day every day, have good numbers during the day, then the next day all gain goes to zero. Worked like a charm for less than one week. Now worthless.

How can I enable and disable the vibrations feedback now? It interprets all presses as alignment. Please advise.

The iOS version worked well. I recently switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S7 and this app has been nothing but an annoyance. Doesn't link to my lift anymore.

Terrible UI- no progress bar, no description of what should be happening

The team sent me new ones and they work for a while but while they work I adore them

Waste of money, don't buy it. 1) Device buzzes endlessly at random times, even when you stand still. Even when you leave it on a table, actually. 2) Device doesn't sit firm in cradle (yeah, it is hipstish and magnetic, but unreliable) and keeps losing charge 3) App uses feet, inches and pounds without any means to switch to proper units used by modern world's people 4) App has severe bluetooth issues, interferes with BT audio, constantly loses connection with device 5) App doesn't support anything but iPhones and Samsungs (seems to be fixed lately)

With my s6 edge it no longer connects and it consistently disconnects. Not worth it. Try updating software.

About 80% of the time I am just getting a blank screen.

When creating an account it asks you for your height and weight but only allows to input it in feet and pounds. No way to switch to a metric system as far as I can tell

Good app, but it lacks integration with Google Fit and Android Wear. I should be able to sync my step count with Google Fit and see my posture status on wear devices. The Trend feature freezes the app on LG G3 custom ROM.

Can't be paired with Samsung. Lumo' technical support sent me 2 replacement sensors, and now I have 3 sensors. None (!) can be paired with various Android phones with have in the family. Good idea, terrible execution.

App. Is only partially working with my note 4. Does not show progress screen and the bottom part of the text is blocked out by other text. I will give it a week, if no progress will return for refund. After the December 20, 2017 update it no longer connects to my Lumo device. I now use it as a paper weight.

After last update the sensor won't connect, can't access previous data in the app if the sensor in not connected

Unable to connect to app. Worked before update. Now its a total waste of my money!

Ugh back to not connecting again. So frustrating.

Can't get my lift to pair because my older version only has one button push. ALSO, WHY DOES THE APP 'NEED' MY LOCATION? Without a decent phone app, my lift is nearly useless. Please fix this.

The lift has been nothing but frustrating. The new update assumes you have a newer model so the connection instructions are inappropriate. The old model seemed to connect but didn't update on the app. In any case it tells you if you slouch with your back, not your head, so unless you attach it to your ear it's not helpful for some kinds of posture problems.

After this update i cant link my lumo anymore!!! This is extremely frustrating. I hope that this company is working on a fix and fast!! I didnt spend good money to not be able to use this.

Just updated both my husband and my lumo lift with no problem. Plus, his had gone through the washing machine! It spent six months drying out but it works! !

The app quality is scandalous. Doesn't even connect to my lumo. Please bring back the old version, it at least connected sometimes

The old app worked just fine. The new one worked yesterday, but today closes with a stopped unexpectedly message right after sign in. When it was working, I had several gripes about the new update. One, I had to sign in with password every time to use it. Second, you have to go through setup screens each time (not needed - I've been using this for months!). Third, there was no unlink button. I don't want it linked by Bluetooth all day draining my battery! I just check status at the end of the day.

New update killed the app. Doesn't connect and just crashes. On a Nexus 6P.

I am a new user of lumo Lift. I am annoyed that with this new update I cannot connect my fitness pal because the "partners" tab seems to be missing in this update!!!

This is the worst app that I ever had. First it just disappeared on my phone. Second it now rejecks connecting to my bluetooth. Third it now wants to guide me through the steps, even though I've had it for three weeks.

With the newest update the unit/app finally work again in Android 7+, and much better IMO!!! Happy to bring it back up to 5 stars!

Cant get past the video testing delay. Makes the Lumo Lift worthless. Fix it if you want to keep customers.

Need to log in every time. Trash design.
