Paint Tester

Pretty easy to quickly visualize your own rooms with new paint colors! Mine did not turn out as perfectly as the pictures but it's still very impressive. Other apps I tried were pretty much useless, this one actually does what it says. Great!

Not helpful. Perhaps if the walls in the photo I uploaded were white it might be easier to "paint them". I uploaded a pic of my red kitchen. When I tried to paint it I ended up with a color blend of my current red and whatever color I was trying to paint it. An option to prime would be added work on my end but even painting it white produced pink results.

It does change the color but it sometimes can stop working

Needs zoom. Paintbrush should be square not round. Who has round walls? Eraser should be square as well.

When I try to work a photo it constantly closes the app

I love art

Changing colors is NOT a problem; you have full range. I didn't try for real details, but it's not hard to blue-tape a wall as opposed to a room. Zoom would definitely help, though. Yes, it's splotchy around edges, but it does a pretty smart and FAST job of editing out objects. It's not going to be perfect, but it gives you a good general idea. Helps to take a shot with full sun and then color-correct the pic before trying, and a night shot for how that will look under lamp light.

Being able to zoom into tricky areas while "painting" would be a great addition to this app!

Doesn't paint right

It was so simple. Upload a picture and choose your colour. I was surprised I was able to paint my furmiture. The auto fill made my room looked like it was actually painted. The only reason I'm not rating this 5stars was because I could not zoom in the picture. It was really small and made coloring messy. Auto fill came in handy in that case.

The chosen colour comes out a grey, transparent colour. No way could I go by this to paint a room.

Android version makes you match colors using a color slider (which makes it impossible to match anything )

You can't really paint a wall in the picture without taking an hour to use paint brush. There's no click and fill option.

There is no way to zoom in when painting a wall so to try to get a door painted and really see it is hard. There is also no way to zoom in when selecting a paint color which makes that process slow and hard to do in a manner that makes sense. For the most general idea of what something might kind of look like this might work but anything more specific than that, buy a paint sample and try it in real life.

You people. Have showed nice pictures in the display. But when I opened this app it was horrible. Not good colors and its look like a ghost house. But nice idea of this app.
