I've installed this at least 6 times & it keeps indicating my user name is unknown.

They do not pay you for doing their research. Although im sure they get paid to collect. They are LIARS plain and simple. Scam... Emailing to get incentive dosent help either.

I did a two week beverage study pretty easy so finally received my reward in the mail it was ten dollar visa card..it was suppose to be $30 or 35 dollars. You will never rip me off again!

I've done this several times and always got my money. It does take a few weeks to get your card though. They need pay pal

I completed a beverage study about the first or second week of September and I still haven't received my $35 visa card

I put my username in and it saids I'm not connected to the internet I tried everything and I still won't connect

I logged entries every day for 2 full weeks- the requirement was only 12 days. This was in early February, and I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation or payment. I also emailed their customer service as listed on the initial email, and have not received a reply yet. That was over a week ago. Update 3/8- I received the proper gift card. I never did get a response back to my questions, however. Would get a better rating for better customer service

I think it will be a good survey, can't open the app

Have done this multiple times. Easy to do just be diligent about it and your $35 Visa gift card will be in your mail box about 6 weeks after you finish the survey.

It's an ok app.would be nice if it had the ability to let u know how many days u have completed so u could keep track.

I've done four surveys with this app and I've always gotten paid. Never had any trouble with any aspect of this app or company.

Took 8 weeks but I finally got paid. I guess patience really is virtue. Thanks guys :)

I always get paid, maybe about a month later.$35 is $35

i too did the study had to reboot phone and app will not accept info

I had this app before, never had a problem, then surveys stopped. I got a chance for another gift card, but can't sign up ! Ugh !

This is a great app for me iam on my third study and no problem getting my reward it only takes about two months to receive it otherwise it's worth participating in ...I highly recommend this study

DO NOT USE> they do not pay for their surveys. I have tried to contact them via email an got no result. they will make excuses on why you didnt meet their requirements when the requirements are very vague. I have been not paid twice now.

Use to take Survey's for a legitimate company that pays u for your opinions

I participated in one of the studies for this company. I completed all the necessary work that was required of me, back in JUNE. I still have not received my reward, and I'm sure I never will. I do not recommend downloading this app to your phone. They collect all types of info, and do not pay as promised. Scammers and I will spread the word about this company as much as possible.

Fun and for the one's that did not get paid,you must of not paid attention and followed what suppose to be done,nothing is free, so pay attention to any other surveys you do in future,want free money go ask mommy or daddy.go luck
