Quality Observer

App is a joke. It constantly says it's not connected to a network so it was not able to download the questionnaire. It would have been better not to ask me to be an observer, now I have a really bad image of AF's quality checks.

New survey received. Not able to load. Keeps telling me I have a slow connection even when on good wifi or 4G. Rubbish.

The app works but looks dated and is slow to use. Loads of clicks needed for every step. Example, the still use the pre-Android 4.0 style of entering time with numbers and arrows.

Submitted a review on 29/9 (70 questions all in all!), still no points added to profile in return on 15/10. Waste of time, bandwidth, and battery :(

Agree with all others - this is a waste of space. Don't even bother to download, it really doest work!

The app does not work. After installation it took several days to load the flight survey, and in the meantime i had already travelled. Good idea, very poor app.

This app appears true to its claims. Simple, uncomplicated and quite innovative

getting "no internet" connection warning every time I'm trying to access a survey

The app does not do the job that it was supposed to do. Does not download the flight details. It is just wasting my time

The app does not download the surveys, crashes, does not see the Internet connection. I did not even manage to start a single survey with it. Waste of my time. How come KLM??? you would think a reputable airline and here such a flop.

Always pretends there is no Internet connection. Tried to uninstall/reinstall, logout/login but that did not help. AirFrance should switch to a more reliable app as I was not able to complete survey on the flight I was selected for today.

Might be good, might be bad, but does not allow to log in. Unusable. Shame on you, AF/KLM.

The application on Android cannot detect properly the WiFi. It says that there is "no internet connection" (but I'm connected to internet and I'm using the connection to rate this application).

Hangs at 93%, won't go any further.

The app stopped working - my correct id and password don't work. Too bad KLM for using such a crappy app developer.

App does not recognize my id or password. Can't even reset password and doesn't recognize my FB number or email. Lousy app. Waste of time.

Can't Access app. Msg constantly stating 'could not connect. This application requires network access' access fine for every other app and to post this rating =[ original bug fixed. Now doesn't Let u log in. Says,password not recognised. Still rubbish

Never got past the login! "Login or password wrong" message displayed all the time. App Removed! (one star given because not able to give less...)
