Very bad implementation. All views reset and lose all data if you quickly change to another app and back. Want to check your calendar app? Fill out all booking forms again!
There's no quick link to boarding passes on the main screen, the functionality of the map in between gates doesn't work anymore, and since recently the apl doesn't remember anymore my ID details. All the good functionality seems to have disappeared. Same on my iPad....
Very, very slow, Booking doesn't shows after I addled it, people don't rely on this app. Developers add some server power in other end
Dreadful app. Would not allow me to check in online with error messages left right and centre
Very bad UX. Takes 4 clicks to get to my next flight - that should be at most 1 click away. Cannot see baggage information.
App is OK in normal conditions. On Sunday, when more then 300 floghts was cancelled, from FRA and MUC, app was useless. For every query answer was No Connection. Totally bad.
Very slow. Could log in but not loading any info even after 5+ minutes!
After updating the app, it no more let me login with my usual Miles&More access codes.

Very slow
Long loading time during the check-in and booking view function. check-in is often not possible and I receive the message to call the service. In this situation I'm using the mobile website and it's working. I'm not really sure why I should use the app furthermore. Maybe I will try it again in a few month.
Disappointed. This is not how the app of the biggest.?? Airline in Europe should look/work ... Everything is hard to find.... Everything works really really slow!!!
After downloading the app I tried to register... for over 3 h over and over again, alas the "server is not available. Please try later". And this was not stupid o clock, but midday in their home market (12 - 15:00 CET). After I could finally log in, I tried my flight status... And you probably guessed it, no server available. Eventually this worked, but the next shock came when I tried to get my boarding pass: Despite having checked in ages ago, there was no boarding pass available and that stupid pile of junk recommended I checked in (yes I was logged on at the time) To add insult to injury, whatever you do there is dead slow. I always thought their website was bad, but this is truly awful. Edit: I did subscribe to status notifications, which also didn't work. I arrived on time at the gate,only to see a delay on the board. At least the app is consistent. Update 19.11.17: Useless on comms too: Incoming plane arrived at 16:54, and at 16:55 I had a push message from this pile of junk that the plane was ready for boarding... Needless to say that I wasted 25 min at the gate rather than work in the lounge...
Why would you convert the Prince in the country I'm looking at? I have no idea about conversion from US dollars. Live the option not from where I fly, but what is my locale phone set!!! So awful for a company that is the biggest in Europe, shame on this app.
Works OK
Downloaded this having missed a flight and had work book another remotely. It all worked perfectly in terms of getting my boarding passes when I had no means of printing them. Few bits could be better as an app but really happy as it got me out of a big hole :-)
Was a good app once. Since some time and several updates, it became nearly useless. The flight info arrives half an hour late. What good does it have to learn that the flight is ready for boarding when you are on the plain or, better yet, happily arrived? Impossible to check in with the app, have to go to the site. Don't get the same rates as on the site (site's rates are way better)... Pity :-(
Horrid. After authenticating yourself it is almost impossible to download an ejournal without your ticketnumber or booking reference. The type of info you carry with you on the go. The app is slow. The functionality poor. Waste of space on my phone. Better go straight online and ask for desktop version. As a Senator really disappointed.
The app app doesn't seem to save boarding passes! You have to open links within the app, which then downloads the boarding pass on the Internet. Close the app, and you have to do the same procedure. Stupid. If you can't save the passes for offline use. The "View flight status" opens chrome and the page is them blank. Guys, have the details in app. That's why there is an app. Improve your design please.
So you get past airport security with an hour or so to spare before your 1550 flight. You're in Texas. You get a beer and a burger. You use this app to check flight status. It says "Departed 1548". You spit out beer and make a mess. Then realise that it is happily telling you about the flight which left 23 hours ago. Totally useless.
Terrible company, only extremely bad experiences. Gate changes in every flight, staff treat you like trash, terrible policies. Flights delays, lost one day of holiday and one of work and they don't want to five me any refund, only apologies. I definitely don't recommend Lufthansa!
Be careful the app allows you to cancel non refundable flights! After going though the cancel process at no point did The app advise I had non refundable flights £200 down the drain! You would have thought it might warn you!
Terrible app. Can not scan a UK passport for "saving time to use there own words. Fields are Incorrect interpretations. Just a very u user friendly app and not quicker in any regards. Design and application awful
Super slow app. The loading time on either WiFi or cellular is unacceptable. And the takes far too many clicks to get to the important information. Plus data doesn't seem to be cached so swapping back and forth between different bookings is a game of patients. Don't you do any user tests before publishing apps? I would focus on the one native app for my core business and do that one properly instead of multiple single use case apps...
App crashes for no reason and fails to keep details meaning passport has to be entered every time. I have uninstalled. Unusable.
Disappointing app for an airline the size of LH, it's basically a browser with shortcuts to webpages not a proper app unlike competing airlines.
Check-In via the app somehow never seems to work, trying the same just a minute later on my laptop or via the website on the phone it works without any problems. A major complaint is that boarding passes are not downloaded and available offline automatically. There is neither free Wi-Fi at each airport all over the world nor do I want to pay roaming charges just to access my boarding pass.
Unable to check-in because they didn't put an option for Greencard holders. Really why? Useless app!
The user interface is so terrible! Why you have to repeat a booking reference and name for check-in?
Total disaster ... Some how every time I try and login it doesn't recognize my profile which I already use on my laptop
Really poor managed Menus, design, Messi UX...don't trust this service at all.

Apparently the app is as good as the airline. Waiting for my flight. For over an hour before the flight at the gate it states it is going to be 4 h delayed. In the app, 10 mins before planned departure, it says still "on time". If you can't get the most basic function of such app right, don't do it at all.
