Server & Website Monitor Pro for Android
It works well checking sites, but the app itself has problems keeping up. Constantly getting errors on monitored sites that are the actually the app itself timing out (no HTTP response code error, just says error). It has gotten worse with each update you do. Also, please revert notifications back to the way they use to function. I don't need to know when something has returned to an up state, just when something is down. Still getting one star until you fix the false notifications and return the notification functioning back to only for errors.
Last 2 updates destroyed this app for me. There are just too many false server down warnings. Might as well have an alarm going off randomly.
Great app.. Very well conceived and built
Great and useful, but - on Android 7 the service not runs continuos... i setup the app as unmonitored on battery management but still going to sleep in night :/ Sometime false notification if dns or network changing
Excellent server monitor
Fist off: Google, get your questionering ass off the reviews. Those have got to be the dumbest un related questions ever. Have some of your staff first branch the damn apps before asking questions cuz it's just annoying as hell. "Does this comment share well with google?" Gees!
Work Great, WIll be Nice to add: * Different Timer and Sound for each Server * Different Color to Clasified in DIferent Data Center. * Manual Sort
Very good app, would like to see a few additions to make it a 5 star app, have emailed you with my suggestions. Thank you!
I still can't find out where exactly the ping function is in this app, but still very useful
works fine, good design
Amazeballs
The app claims port 80 is off for my site but when I open a browser window and go to the site it is up. I had a friend refresh 40 times while 40 times it said it was offline. It's great on visuals but if you are using this to measure your up time like I was go get Up-Time-Robot.. The stats on this app put my site at 97.8% uptime and Google DNS (a default monitor) at 98% and this is all in just 24 hours. Don't waste your money
Works great and does everything I need.
Sometimes it show false alert
Does It's job about 95% of the time. It will randomly say that one of my services is down when i know they are up, but overall its a great monitoring tool. I highly recommend it to any server admin.
All I need was a simple ping app for my sites. It works, but the widgets never really seem to update well.
This is a happy little utility, and I'm a happy boy.
Works perfectly and developer is extremely helpful.
Easy, quick, Awesome.
Great and useful, but - switching between wifi, no signal and cell network triggers false alarms - discharges battery often, more then display! Im looking for better apps
Sometimes it show false alert
Smart monitoring app. Let's you input expected response which means can be used for HTTP, SMTP, FTP, etc. Wish list is after "n" number of failures it would send email or text messages in case you cannot respond yourself (i.e.: phone is on silent).
Can we choose to sort the display order of the servers being monitored? I have related servers scattered throughout my list instead of being next to each other.
Needed a simple way to check a heartbeat on a server and this is first of many apps where I can check for a http response code.
Quick and easy to get started. Let's me know at a glance systems are up.
Perfect application for simple server/service monitoring.
Best monitor out there, didn't need paid version but purchased anyway to support. Only issue found is when I have no WiFi or phone signal, it reports a failure, perhaps needs a check in place first. Big thanks to developer! Update: No more false notifications if no signal so I am happy. Only thing is if I have no signal it might be better to be notified if failed x amount of times, maybe something in the settings to personalise this? Just a thought.
Needs capability to put in a user defined order, not just sort by name or ID. Still having issues with items turning on and off when scrolling through the servers list. Please fix these things.
ALL LIGHTS GREEN but not even connected to the Internet! My radio station was offline over 10 minutes because this app FAILED to indicate it was offline. All 7 monitors were green, and still are after fixing the network problem. It SHOULD have all been RED! I do not understand the value of this app when it fails to do what it is advertised to do. Uninstalling.
Application pops up every time I unlock my shield k1 tablet even though I have it set to not run in the background, other than that, it works great.
I thought I could use this as an always on display on my old tablet, but unfortunately the app always stops refreshing servers after an hour or so. It's a shame since this has such a nice dashboard style homescreen.
Tap widget for refresh host ?
Great app, some bugs are still messing around but in general it helps a lot.
The app runs very slow when trying to access it.
Works great
I use it to monitor server connection, but I also use it to keepalive my .net websites. When it pings a page on the site every five minutes, it prevents the site from spinning down :-)
This app was great and decided to buy pro version but now I'm regretting. The app jumps on top of other apps and give false alerts. Really annoyed. While Was Writing This review the app popped up again and had to manually close it.
If I've paid for something (the pro version) I dont want to keep being prompted to rate it. Especially when I've selecred to never remind me. Never doesn't mean later it means never. Stop bothering me everytime I open the app.
A very useful and we'll thought out app

Very well designed but occasionally stops / hangs apparently due to unknown errors or perhaps a timing problem. Requires hitting "request all" to restart it. Running it on a dedicated device reduces the frequency of hangs.
