It's a handy, if basic, outline of the best dishes to eat in Alabama as chosen by… someone, I don't know who. Needs more pictures, more interactivity and more pizzazz, though. As it is, it's just a glorified notebook.

That's the big complaint. Not even photos of some of the recipes. No way to search by recipe name or ingredient - but, since there are no recipes, why would you? It's just advertising for Alabama. And not really well done for that.
