Loading for long, then none of my documents open!

Hey, would be great to have a present feature in the app.

An app on a mobile device that requires an internet connection? Wow, you can't make this stuff up. Look up "oxymoron" and you'll understand! I was really looking forward to trying this app, too.

For the PC version all run well. I tried over a tablet and one of two things happened: a) an screen similar to the PC's one but it remains loading forever, b) I tried to edit an existent chart made in PC, but nothing appear, a grey background and the shapes to add, trying to add any shape nothing happens.

They need an offline sync e.g. firebase or similar implemented immediately. Just got off a flight after designing my flowchart and lost it ALL as the app reconnected. No sync, beware. Learned it the hard way unfortunately. 3 stars for atleast having a mobile app!

This app does not work on a tablet .

it just won't open any document, new or existing. Just sits on an empty grey screen when trying to open or create any document

App is great and very simple..devs please add more types of basic shapes for flowcharts with loops and would be best if worked offline and syncs when it goes online

I like the look and feel of the app, but it doesn't seem to work well. On the website I created a folder and saved a diagram in it, on the app only the folder appears. When I create a new diagram, it says "loading" but after that nothing happens. There's also a bug on the website where if I open a saved chart and drag a new shape onto the canvas, it instantly snaps to the top left corner of the canvas and I'm no longer able to interact with that shape, however if I drag a second shape it works as normal but the bugged shape stays in the top left. It also doesn't want to save after that either.

Not working at all not sure for vsdx file only or some else too. Click import file option lead me to my file but once click ok it said only allow visio file ... so vsdx not a visio file lol

Very frustrating App, For me to just open a Diagram I created with my system it's taking eternity to load, even eternity is not enough for it to complete the loading. So disappointed

Idk why all the bad reviews. App is easy to use, works well, easy to learn, free for 60 objects. No ads too

Is a piece of trash, this dirty app charge for do more than 3 graphic organisers and for make organisers with more than 60 characters, Inspiration allow more diagrams than this piece of trash. I prefer to buy a ???? that pay for do my homework.

Hindi is most spoken language in the world,this app does not suport hindi.

I don't normally take the time to review apps but lucidchard just blew my mind.. I only worked with ERD and BPMN and they work awesome.. loved it..

It's exactly what I needed ... process charts, business plans, mind mapping (really available and unlimited-hope to be at least!), and easy to import between all your devices ... thanks

VERY slow to load diagrams. I'm not able to view any diagrams that aren't in my main folder. Also this offers only very basic editing functionality. For example, you can add/edit text, shapes, lines, etc but you can't perform any sort of formatting on any of these elements. Can't bold, italicize or change text size. Can't change line size or color. While it offers some export functionality for your diagrams, it is very basic and limited. No way to print your diagrams directly from the app. The only thing the Android app seems to support is to open some of your diagrams, and even this is severely limited.

Incredible! Intuitive and simple, worth the subscriptions for organising your business.

Very usefull to draw UML, it is lightweight and webbase compare to Rational rose too heavy and can not edit in phone or anywhere. Thanks

On the web this is perhaps the best diagramming tool for solution , technical ,network, enterprise architects etc. I have been using it for years and it has never failed me create a complex diagram in minutes. App I am not sure but I will post my feedback soon..

I am a business process analyst of 20 years and I am surprised at some of the negative feedback. The product is in its infancy, and, compared to some of its competitors doesn't have all of the features that others do. However, in my opinion, this is an excellent product and I certainly have no qualms in recommending it to other professionals especially at its current price point. A few additions to the functionality would make this a product that is hard to beat. I hope that there will be some roadshows where users can attend (hint: London please) where users may be able to interact with your developers as I do find the feedback pages limited and it would be nice to be able to discuss why some features that are being requested are rather important

Really light and useful for Android. They are frequently updating it with more features Translates well to the browser application which is much more robust.

As the app cannot access the lucid servers to creat new documents or folders this is no use for actually working on my tablet! What a waste

Ok if you want to show your diagram. Editor is extremely limited. It even has no copy/paste function

at $120 / yr to get a version that works with Visio files you'd expect that it would be an outstanding program. Instead it imports my existing floorplans for Visio and explodes them. Might as well redraw them. Completely worthless as a Visio migration path and expensive to boot.
