I've just downloaded it. And I already know that a rose (flower) is feminine but rose (colour) is masculine. Gonna use this app for my French lessons.

While I like the fact that this app helps me practice French genders, I think the game levels need improvement. I would expect the advanced level to be significantly more difficult than the beginner level but, in practice, I find that these two levels have the same degree of difficulty. Here are two things that would improve the levels: 1. I see words in the advanced level that I learned in the very first French classes I took - "chaise" for example. These should not appear in advanced mode. 2. I also see words in the advanced level for which the gender is obvious such as "mère". In my opinion, these should be in the beginner level but not in the advanced. I never use the expert level because I find that it contains mostly words that are never used in daily life.
