Ltfab Online Shopping App

This people are fraud, I have ordered a saree from them and due to colour mismatch I want to return it. But there is no number or email on which you can register the return request. They only have the whatsapp number which only respond properly if you want to buy saree. For return they aren't giving any proper response. I am still struggling to register my return request with them

WORST APP EVER..... First of all late delivery. Secondly poor quality product. Thirdly too much of colour variation. Fourthly disgusting services. When it comes to return the product, phone calls not reachable, even if you try to inbox them they are going to block the customer,illmannered people,this is the way they deal with customers,tooo much of fakeness in this app,i think people who are giving 5 stars to this app are their own people within the custom.. Aaag lga do is app ko and go to hell with these ???? type services... And learn to respect the customers before running any app. Idiots with idiotic app.

I was shown a pic but got a much lesser quality saree, was very disappointed. Have not minded receiving the same saree if the same pic was shown......but a website showing one pic but sending something of low quality is going to get only "one time customer"......not a regular one.....

Thieves! Beware guys! They send defected peices and then when u try to contact them, their phone will always be switched off.The product looks so beautiful in pictures but in reality it's worse than garbage quality.I got looted of Rs2500 and I really hope u guys will make a smart choice and never ever buy stuff from them.

Worst online exprience i have buyed saree .qulity is not guud nd colour mismatches wat u have seen in app i have been messging continuous for return nd keepng mail no one responding . They shoud block thys app. They are fake

Be aware, LtFab is fraud. Product quality is very low, service is worst, response from LtFab is very rude . I booked a product on it in normal day and paid in advance. When order not reached to me after 1 week, I contacted them. Their way of talking was very rude and when I asked them to cancel the order , they refuse to do so and then after they dispatched my order. When I asked them about this, they asked , they do not commit about time , see our policy and also we will not refund your money. Very worst experience of shopping with LtFab. I am uninstalling it. Be aware....

WORST APP EVER. Its all full of fakeness. Too much of colour variation and poor quality product. Pathetic service with no etiquettes at all. When it comes to return or refund they dont answer the call nor do they reply to emails on the top of that they gonna block the customer. Full of illmannered ppl this is the way they treat customers. Before running this stupid app learn how to deal with customer. Idiots....

Worst app ever. Recieved a bad product and now they are seenzoning me on WhatsApp and not picking up calls or replying to emails. The cloth is torn at some places and the quality is not as mentioned in the product description. It is very bad

I have ordered one saree, and I am not satisfied with saree quality, i retuned the product through courier, when I am trying to know they are received saree or not, they not lifting the call and even they are not replaying whatsapp message also

Big fraud Don't install and buy a single product Save yourself

Don't buy anything from this app or from their website. They will not respond to your return request. They will send worst quality products if it's cash on delivery, if you paid though online they will take your money and they will not send any product

It's waste of doing shopping in this app and products r not delivered and the response was to bad not even responding...

I have placed an order but I didn't get any further updates and I paid money too. There is no response for call and email. There is an auto reply for call saying due to diwali festival it closed. How many days will they celebrate diwali? Response for call or email. Really the worst service

I have ordered one parrot green saree..and i received some other . I told them to take it back. The person from courier took it back still i didnt get my mny ...this people just cheated me...eventhough am callinh they are not answering my calls or not even replied for my emails
