This app works great, have completed a few extra activities through it. Only problem is getting payment for all your hard work. I've been chasing for weeks and getting nowhere. See response from Upside below. Bit of a joke, have emailed support 7 weeks ago, and get told "will be paid by the end of next week". Every 2 weeks when I chase up, I get the same response. Am still waiting for payment on a task that finished early September.

I finished my first study that was due to be done on the 7th. I havent heard how or when I receive incentives for the studies done on this app. Do I get an email or does it show up as points on the site?

I completed a task that involved me going to a store and taking pics and videos. I never got the 5.00 Amazon gift card I was promised. Reached out to them and didn't get a response. What a waste of time!

Had nothing but problems with this app. Probably not going to get an incentive because this app doesn't work. Tried contacting the support address given by ipsos on other reviews. Guess what no response or help

I have completed the survey but haven't received my promised £22 reward. Don't know even what to do. When they wanted me to complete the survey they sent a text but when I did ..they didn't respond n didn't send any reward as promised.

I've had a pain relievers survey in the app for weeks now and have entered details as requested yet it seems that there is no rewards from doing it..5 tines i gave details and it Always uploads answers then nothing. No points change, no link advising his much was earned... This is not s good app, don't waste your time answering questions when the promised reward never happens. Worst survey app ever, because it takes your opinion etc and gives nothing in return

Can't seem to get this to connect to my I say account. I've emailed the support team in the past who tell me to change my password. I've done that several times and still get an error on the app saying something went wrong. Please update/fix :(

Got a survey on pc asked if interested in doing on phone typed in link installed app cannot login

I did an extra thing for them thinking I'd get a 5 dollar gift card like they said, but they never emailed me

I did a product test, kept a journal of use on the app, and never received any incentive...no communication once I was done. The app worked fine but the the follow through isn't so great

I downloaded this app and tried to create an account but there's Noway to create one from main menu screen

I can't even get it to work it keeps asking for user name which I never was asked to set up?

Got a txt with my username, said dont need a password. Cant log in invalid username and password.

Won't let me log in so can't do no survey or anything help!! Why???

When I push on the please add an image button. Nothing happens.

There is no way to even make An account it just says log in or forgot password.

Stay away. They like to hack into social media accounts and get your email address. Risking your privacy online, on your photo etc. is not worth it. They saw a post on Twitter, got into my account & emailed me with a not-nice warning. I never post my email address on Twitter & my account isn't linked or associated with them at all. So how did they get it? Avoid them then perhaps they'll get shut down.

I been trying to record a video for 4 weeks from this butter survey I was given to take & every time I take the video it just keeps freezing up & it drove me crazy I tried 2 make video at least 50 times & all it does is freeze!!!

App will not allow me to log in with the special username provided for the survey

It just runs through the demo over and over when you click "try now"

Cant even log in. Not worth it. Website has a bunch a bugs too.. Should have figured this would have been the same..

Installed to complete an online diary. At first it failed to work although I received reminders to send data. When it did start working i sent data every evening for just over a week. However I was given very few points contrary to the promised amount (allowing for days when app did not work). So feel cheated by poor reward for time and effort made. Web site always has tech problems so not too surprised.

They keep texting me to complete my online diary but there is nothing there when I open the app!!

It won't even let me log in. So frustrating.
