Red Robin Customizer

This app doesn't work on iOS. I can't customize anything. However, it does work on Android (Nexus 5x). I gave it 3 out of 5 because if I calculate the same food using the app and the website on my computer, the nutritional value is different. I'm guessing the website is correct and the app needs more help. It's almost there and could become an awesome app that many other restaurants don't have (customizer). Please fix.

I had to download this pointless app to calculate nutrition on my phone. This is something that should have been doable on my mobile web browser, but the geniuses that designed the mobile website decided to force you to download an app instead. When I finally got to the menu, the item is not even in the app. The least they could do is keep this unnecessary app updated.

June 2015: They need to do better. I have a diabetic child that needs meal planning, and they so not have correct info, and missing info for certain meal items. Very disappointing. Carb count is everything for a Type 1 toddler. 6/26/16 came back to try again, and nothing has changed. Red Robin lost us as customers for sure.

I have to be gluten free. The old app would let me chose gluten free with the allergen menu. Now it goes to a web page that says your connection is not private that I can't get past.

It is extremely irritating that I'm forced to download an app to get basic nutrional info. If your phone storage is full, you have to spend time to clear some memory. And then it doesn't seem to work on my galaxy s4 mini. I just get a red screen with three flashing white dots on it. Very annoying.

When customizing it won't let me add things back on once deleted. I also can't change the name of a meal once saved. When I try to delete a saved meal, it disappears, but when I go back into saved meals again, it's right back there every time.

App keeps asking me to confirm the Red Robin closest to me but will not let me get any further than the list of restaurants close to my address. When I click on my location nothing happens. I hate that they force you to download this app to customize your menu and it does not even work. Very frustrating.

When selecting allergen menu it takes you to the find a store page. Even the staff has no idea how to get to allergen menu!

I use this app to find wheat free menu options, it use to be simple but now it's awful! I got linked to their website, had to search for my location, then find the tiny menu link, then click on an item in the menu and then the allergy info link, that then launches the app in a browser that is identical to the old app. Horrible implementation!

Just to get nutrition info you are forced to load their app. Other sites post on their main site! AND IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!

Downloaded the app because it says you can view the allergen menu but it just takes you to their site and when you find the allergen link it doesn't open because it says my phone doesn't have flash...duh!

All I want is nutrition info not a dumb app that doesn't even include all the menu items!

So the app just redirects to my browser, and not even to the right webpage. Useless!

My husband and I both sub the vegan patty for our burger. No way to do that, so still can't figure out calories of what I actually eat. I don't even see where you can access calories for the individual items except to remove them, and you can't remove the patty. Deleting and google searching...

No idea what calories I ate. App say 345 calories menu says 416 (Ensenada chicken plater)

Installed app on Samsung S3. When I open the app and click on Allergen Info it takes me to the web site where if I click on food and drink and then nutrition info it takes me back to download the app. Vicious circle and never got the info I was looking for.

Big waste of time

Doesn't include seasonal offerings. Really is there gluten in all the shakes???

I love being able to calculate my meal but this app does stay updated with new limited time burgers.

Where's blackened chickened sandwich?

Downloaded for nutritional facts because my wife is vegan and it sent me to the website and I don't have adobe flash...

I really wanted to like this app. However, like the others say, it just does not work. I cannot even get to the customize part. The farthest I can get in the app is to click on a burger. That is it. The screen does not change no matter which burger (or wrap/entree/whatever) I click. Also, when you click the back button, the screen just goes blank and turns to the Red Robin red. (I am calling it the Red Robin Red Screen of Death)

I was excited to use this app. I love to see how removing ingredients like mayo changes the calories in a meal. Unfortunately, this is the worst published app I've ever used. Words and buttons are jumbled, and nothing works right. I'd suggest pulling it off the market until the bugs are worked out.

I was really looking forward to creating a good healthy burger so my family could eat there tonight but we can't go now bc I need the nutritional facts. This seems to be the only place you can get the nutritional values but it doesn't work. :(

I love the concept of this app. I'm a frequent customer at Red Robin, and am on a ketogenic diet. I was so excited to use this app to tweak meals to fit within my nutrition parameters. However, it simply does not work. After selecting an entree, absolutely nothing happens. Selecting certain burgers takes you to a page with no picture, just red background. I will be removing this app and keeping my fingers crossed that the developers fix these problems.

Decided to check this out despite the bitching about the customizer, since I just wanted access to the allergen menu. Yeah the customizer is buggy, but if you don't need it don't use it, the rest of the app works just fine. One person had said something about hitting the back button taking you all the way back to the start...yeah if you hit your PHONE'S back button it does, but if you hit the little back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen it only goes one back.

The app simply doesn't work. Once you click on a menu item, it does nothing. Pretty frustrating, particularly since the Red Robin website redirects you to download the app. Basically, there is no way to customize or obtain nutrition information from a mobile device.

What a waste of my time. I could open the app but that is all it would do. When I tried to customize a meal it froze. They really should work on this. It has potential but right now it simply does not work.

I selected a menu item, customized it but there is no option to move on. No save, no nutrition info, can't move off that page not even to move back.

Just like my last visit to Red Robin where it seemed no one was doing their #@!? job... this app does nothing, no parts seem to work on a mobile device.

Does not work at all. Click create a meal, click entrees, click your entree, and...nothing. Red Robin should really be ashamed of this app. Why bother having an app? Fix it, or just give up. Awful.

I thought this was for their reward program. ..but it only shows you their menu and let's you choose what you might want to purchase if you we actually eating at the restaurant. ..at which point you could just look at the menu. Stupid app...no connection to the rewards program

Please:1.Add an option to send saved meals to your restaurant 2. Add an option to locate & save a favorite location(s) 3. Fix the "share" text menu ghosting over the save button on the save meal screen. 4. Offer a full menu w nutrition data for quick reference. 5. Integrate the Royalty program.

I'm doing low carb, and thought this would help me eat at Red Robin. This program might look pretty, but it's slow, freezes, is VERY hard to get information out of it, and the info is just plain wrong. How can a burger have exactly the same nutrition with or without the bun?

This app looks nice but runs SLOW. Also will not "save" meals as it states. Limited ability to customize and no options for one extra side fries, drink etc. Appears RR did their best to gloss over the NUTRITION while hiding the big picture. After a few minutes more checking out the "functionality" of this app, I must state it to be a complete waste of user time and again simply an attempt to look good on part of RR. It a doesn't even work.....Really - ?
