Solo PDF Reader

This pdf reader is really good actually, but please add the ability to delete files, not just recent files, but as many as I please, and then it would be great, thank you

And now the ads on the reading page are back. Yesterday the app kept crashing. Not sure what you're doing but I ain't happy with it. This used to be my favorite PDF reader but I am looking for alternatives now.

This is my favorite PDF reader of the seven I have on my tablet (for keeping multiple documents open at once.) There's an ad at start-up, but nothing to distract you whike reading. A small price to pay for a reader with excellent controls, quick loading and display of even large, heavily illustrated documents (I use lots of technical documents.) The display options are also great, and easy to set up for your document no matter how it was put into PDF. It gets the layout right even for complex documents, without the slowness, overhead, and lagging of Adobe. Plus it doesn't try to take over your life like Adobe. I consider it the best PDF reader out there. ---- Prior Version:This used to be my favorite PDF reader, until the addition of large obtrusive ads in the latest update. Now it's impossible to read with flashing animated ads at the bottom of the page. I've got nothing against the devs earning money--so long as it doesn't break the sole purpose of the software. Maybe just show an ad briefly upon opening and restoring, but get rid of these ads at the bottom of the page. Good things--loads fast, good scrolling, easy to move within a document, deals with complex layouts well.

I was fed up with the more feature rich PDF viewers being slow, so I started looking for something lighter. This works well, without being slow when something else is running in the background.

Just as its description, faster, lighter and best! I don't need a PDF reader that has too many functions yet poor at performance. For me it is just so good to read some PDF files on my old tablet.

On startup I let it scan my memory for more than a minute, but it still couldn't detect my pdf folder! I understand that it would take more time as I have a lot of data (at least 40gb), but why is there no option to manually set the path to scan? UPDATE- I manually opened the file using a file explorer and selected this pdf reader. It couldn't open the file. So probably a bug with this app on Xperia Z1 running jelly bean?

The most uesless app don't waste packet data in downloading.

All my pdf files are on my external SD card: ( mntsdcard-ext.) Solo pdf reader cant find any of them. So when SoloPdf loads, i get a blank screen with no way to view any of my documents. I suggest you add a manual browse feature that would allow me to view the documents on my phone's sd card. without a browse feature this pdf app is useless to me. All other pdf readers include a browse function: For example, Adobe, EBookDroid, Aldiko, Foxit, MuPdf. So until browse is added, i will use another reader.

Ive got over three hundred pdf files on my phone an lgl45c 2.3.4 and not one file bbooo i dont like adobe

Works fine on Nexus 10 tablet, but on Nexus 5 phone after choosing the pdf file to open the app just immediately stops working without any reasonable explanation (with some generic error message). Very disappointing

Did what it supposed to smoothly in the beginning. Lately it usually freezes or closes in the middle of reading a document.

Well it was great when I initially install it. Somehow some of the features were changed.

This is about the only one that actually worked!!! I tried several that just couldn't find all my PDF's on my 32g SD chip this program found and runs rather smoothly on my gs2 thank guys great job...ed

It has started to bug me with messages.

I'm in dire need of the double tap to zoom feature. It's a good reader. But one or two basic feature won't hurt i hope. Then 5 star guaranteed :)
