Like others can't log in...no link to branch net provided, found manually but wouldn't accept my credentials... Worthless!

Q70%
by Q####:

Can't login.. don't think it's for consumers.

Q70%
by Q####:

For everyone complaining about logging on, this is for advisors not consumers

Q70%
by Q####:

Impossible to log in. Amateur attempt by a major company, LPL.

Y70%
by Y####:

Not a single when it didn't crash

Q70%
by Q####:

And then reauthorize

F70%
by F####:

Doesn't work

R70%

Can not log in

Q70%
by Q####:

Won't open, lame.

A70%
by A####:

It's absurd that you do not have an app that allows your clients (CUSTOMERS) to monitor their account. If you're not putting your CUSTOMERS 1st then your priorities are not in order. This might be my que to take my business elsewhere. Ameritrade allows access to EVERYTHING!

Q70%
by Q####:

Even the first page instructions don't work. The menu path doesn't exist.

A70%
by A####:

Tried and tried. Finally deleted app.

Q70%
by Q####:

What is branchnet? This is a complete mess.

K70%
by K####:

Impossible to log in. Amateur attempt by a major company, LPL.

K70%
by K####:

There is no point to this app. I don't know if it's meant for advisors or investors, but if it's for investors, you've failed terribly.

H70%
by H####:

Can't figure out how to log in.

S70%
by S####:

Took me 2 minutes to setup.

K70%
by K####:

How do you log into this stupid site. What is branch net. This app is useless

K70%
by K####:

It should be as good or better than the website. It was unclear as to the intended audience and going to branchnet to verify your device is needlessly convoluted. Stay with the website for now or talk to your advisor about this new mobile account view. That's what I'm going to do.

K70%
by K####:

Gimme a C, gimme a R, gimme a A, gimme a P, what do you got???? "LPL Account View"

T70%
by T####:

Not useful

Q70%
by Q####:

Can't sign in with my credentials....nothing more basic than that. Did the obamacare website clowns design this site...it would appear so.

T70%
by T####:

Could not figure out how to log in. Duh!

T70%
by T####:

It's an app! It can be secure and easy to set up. The designers obviously didn't think that was a requirement. It's unclear as to the intended audience and going to branchnet to verify your device is needlessly convoluted. Why does this app exist? Stay with the website. Far better.

T70%
by T####:

Even the first page instructions don't work. The menu path doesn't exist.

U70%
by U####:

Total useless. Could not even register my device

T70%
by T####:

How can you use this app when you can't login .

F70%
by F####:

Does not work.

U70%
by U####:

Once you log into branch net and attempt to register your mobile device, the instructions and branch net do not jive, lpl financial and branch net IT folks need to revamp these instructions, I rate it a ZERO

X70%
by X####:

Even the first page instructions don't work. The menu path doesn't exist.

G70%
by G####:

Doesn't work well at all.

P70%
by P####:

Would not accept my sign in

W70%
by W####:

Won't log in!!!! Revise, update or just get rid of app. UNINSTALLED for now!

C70%
by C####:

It tells you to register your device and to log into the branch device. Can't. Get it together.

Q70%
by Q####:

Will not let you log on..

Q70%
by Q####:

Very poor instructions

Q70%
by Q####:

Unable to login

Q70%
by Q####:

If you don't have financial advisor credentials, then you won't be able to sign in. They should make that clear.

N70%
by N####:

Tried for two days. Set it up at least six times. This thing is junk.

X70%
by X####:
