It seems the app doesn't work in Australia! No explanation to why not! Regardless, the end result is that it's unusable! Very disappointing!

Can't do anything without selecting my title first. But Etihad guest already have my title. And it won't let me edit my profile. Beyond infuriating

Useless app as of now. I can log in but whenever I press on the Save Profile the app doesn't respond. The app will ask you to update your profile but won't let you save the updated profile. This app used to work perfectly but now this app is crap. Please fix the bug.

tried 100 times but can't log in. and getting same response for every review from paypoints is the most irritating.

It is asking to enter title but that field is non editable.. Tried 100 times un installing and reinstall, same error message. Worst app.

The App forced me to update the profile. Unfortunately, the app is not responding once I am clicking save profile!! I reinstalled 2 times with no luck.

I don't know why but it says your account is blocked due to security reasons contact the Administrator ans There is no where I can contact the administrator.

This app should really take advantage of the biometric level login systems (fingerprint readers) available on many Android smartphones. Instead of having to enter the password everytime when launching the app, users (with fingerprint reader capable phones) could simply suthenticate themselves using the reader. Faster and simpler.

Being a new Etihad Silver Guest Member I am curious to try Points Pay, but I cannot fulfil my profile, because there is no Belarus as a choosing option. It is really a shame for the developers, because Minsk has been a sister city to Abu Dhabi since 2007 and there are regular Etihad flights between the two capitals. Please correct this small yet frustrating mistake.

Crashes everytime when trying to load card. Also, primary company is very prehistoric, they dont know how cards work.

They stole more than $500 from my virtual credit card. Customer service is rubbish and not answering emails. This is a sub company of Etihad airelines. I'll never use Etihad airlines anymore and the case with my solicitor now. Avoid them in all means
