Создавая Saperavi Café мы хотели показать, какой должна быть современная грузинская кухня , при этом, соблюдая формат европейского демократичного городского кафе. В Saperavi Café главное- это полезные продукты, правильная и здоровая грузинская кухня, какой она была до появления Сборника рецептур во времена СССР. Мы восстановили старые рецепты, сохранили многовековые традиции и сделали шаг вперед - готовим блюда на современный манер. Также мы не хотим быть «рестораном по праздникам» и мы гордимся, что в Saperavi café можно ходить так часто, как захочется: у нас доступные цены! К сожалению, в грузинской кухне за последние 100 лет был придуман только суп Харчо, мы исправим это, и мир узнает много интересных и достойных блюд грузинской кухни. About us
Creating Saperavi Café, we wanted to show what should be the modern Georgian cuisine while observing the format of the European democratic urban café. In Saperavi Café importantly, this wholesome foods, proper and healthy Georgian cuisine as it was before the advent of the Collection of recipes during the Soviet era. We have restored the old recipes, preserved centuries-old tradition and made a step forward - preparing dishes in a modern way. Also we do not want to be a "restaurant on holidays" and we are proud that Saperavi café you can go as often as you want: we have affordable prices! Unfortunately, in the Georgian kitchen only Kharcho soup was invented in the last 100 years, we will correct it, and the world will know a lot of interesting and worthy of dishes of Georgian cuisine.
