Verification email never arrived (and was not in the spam folder, I checked) for me to be able to earn or redeem points. I prefer the physical card for earning/redeeming points.

Getting my pj's is so simple

It does not give many options to the app. For example, you can't see a menu and not all locations in the city has ability to scan the app. So far every location I visited said they can't do the app. So I have a reward that I will never be able to use.
