Dr. Hernando Giraldo, MD, established Hallandale Medical Center in 1979. It was formally known as Boulevard Medical Center. For over 20 years our staff has provide excellent health care services to our patients and community.

We welcome walk-ins and have accommodating schedules to meet every patient needs. Our staff is bilingual (Spanish and English). Our patient clientele are aged from 18 years old and up. We like to consider every patient an extension of our family. Your well-being and health care needs are our primary concern. We will soon be offering an on-site pharmacy.
