I am happy cuz my note 2 is affected so i have rooted it easily using exynosabuse app. Thanks samsung for this gift

Galaxy s3 says Not affected but I've got an insane chip..

My Note II keeps freezing several times a day for 10 to 15 minutes at a time before recovering. This process repeats itself throughout the day but this app says my Exynos chip is not affected. This is a useless app that gives users false information. The eMMC Brickbug Check app tells me I have the Insane Chip in my Note II which is correct.

It is a must app for exynos user

Continues to say infected despite me getting the bug patched through ota. I'd your wondering what to do, get the ota or kies update

Looks like the UX Touch wiz based roms are affected. Running MIUI ROM on my Galaxy S3 GT I-9300, no problem detected by this app and couple other apps.

Let me know the memory bug was fixed on my Galaxy note 2

This will solve your explit issues: ExyniosAbuse v1.40 app or Siyah Kernel v1.8.6 or update to latest XXELLA firmware or simply flash in Odin just the bootloader from this latest xxella firmware, all of these solutions cand be found on xda forums, along with proper instructions and faqs

Useful to confirm that Samsung have fixed this nasty security hole in my phone. It would be good if you could describe the method you use.
