Completely worthless. I checked and double-checked that I have the correct store selected; nothing at the actual store was where the app said it would be, when I did find the items I needed the prices were completely off. Big disappointment

This app refuses to load the shopping cart for me, doesn't show savings on bulk purchases and is totally useless to me... the Home Depot app works, so Lowe's has lost a lot of my $ due to the app problems.

Pretty lame when one tries to order in the app and the app cannot move to the next step in their order process. I had to restart on their web page and enter the same exact data. I thought of not bothering to order due to the wasted time.

Still *Unable to save to quick list *When viewing some products, the suggested products are cutoff at the bottom when scrolling down. *My quick list should NEVER be deleted if I uninstall the app for troubleshooting. My online profile should remain untouched and be able to access quick list items online as well. *image is not always the same item when clicking it for additional information

Will this app identify Vets that have entered their info into the Lowe's system? Instead of throwing out my phone number at every purchase, if the cashier can scan a barcode, that would be helpful.

Credit card services do not work!!!! So frustrating bc this was the easiest way to pay. But since the last update haven't been able to use credit card services at all.

The 1 stars is a rating for the Lowes online experience overall. In this day and age it is not unreasonable to expect that an account will be consistent across all devices. Lowes is not. It doesn't pick up your prefered store or any item lists at all, so if you're on a computer and add something to your list to pick up at the store, that item doesn't show up in any list on your phone. This has been possible for many years but Lowes apparently hasn't seen fit to do it, which makes the app rather pointless as I do all my research on my laptop. Also when you select the option after a search to see only in stock results, then you click on one of those results, it will tell you items aren't in stock even though you filtered to in stock only. Come into the 21st Century Lowes, we're waiting for you.

I really appreciate the app, pls fix the number of items in stock, it shows different from the employees handheld tablet in store of items in/out of stock. Good other than that. Maybe special deals for items you have on your wish list 20% off maybe.

Have been using this app for a while but now it wants to update with acess to Bluetooth and phone detail acess. Looks like they want all my life history. Uninstalling!

I liked it okay, what I don't like is the fact that you have you have to be connected to a store to get your items as in when you put items in the cart to purchase unless "your store has the item in stock you can't purchase it all at once unless you switch stores and as such you end up having to buy from several different ones

The app is way to slow to load any of the account information and lately hasn't been able to load it at all. Making the use of the app in store nearly useless. Best part of the app is locating products in store (isle & bin).

The old app was much better. They've made improvements, but took away features like showing where items actually are located in the store. That feature was helpful on quick store runs.

Runs in background at startup and always wants to know where you are. Kept getting permission request pop ups without running the app, even after a reboot. Without the snooping, a nice app.

This is my favorite shopping app. While I'm in the big box store I can find an item in their inventory then it will show me the aisle and column number to find whatever I'm looking for. You cannot beat that with a stick. ????

This app is kind of hard to use. Changing your store or pick another one specific item is very difficult. My theory is it would be better if Lowe's itself had a better inventory control system. I was told at one store you cannot believe something is in stock after it reaches 3. I have literally ordered things with them showing available and more than 3 only to be called and told they don't have them at all. It is very frustrating.

I am having trouble with the app. The cart those not let me delete any item after I add more than 15 items in the cart. It is very frustrating, please fix this bug. Thanks

Great app except, everything shows "tap for price" but then it says its out of stock, everything in the store is out of stock and refuses to show price.....fix it.

Can not use app since I upgraded my phone. It force closes every timeI choose a store. Use to be a decent app.

The performance of this app stinks. I like Lowe's, so I was disappointed, and hope the devs continue to work on it. Ordering was a pain and wasted my time. When the order went through, the store called because there was a discrepancy in their stock and the app's representation of it. Navigating the products and going between categories requires more time than it should because of the was it is set up.

Great app. I like how it pops up your Lowe's account so easily

The app won't open without a location in it. The "done" button doesn't work after entering a city or zip code. Uninstalling...

Useless App. It never loads the cart, so you can't finalize the purchase.

Lowes took away the in-store map for the website, and now, for the app. Makes it useless for me. Uninstalling.

This App does seem to have a list of items that are supposed to be in the store. However. For the last two months anything I have looked for has NOT been where the App says it is supposed to be. I looked for a switch (12V lighted) that I had checked about resupply. Supposed to be in Isle X Bin YY. Nope? I found it TWO weeks later in a completely different location. App still said it was still in the other location. Paid triple to fix and finish my project. Today I looked for an Automatic Center Punch (Isle xx Bay y) 5 in stock. Not even a spot for it there. None to be found. No one working can locate it on the shelf. Because all the "Experts" have been released, demoted and fired no one know anything any more. It was nice to go and ask a question and get a real answer. Not a guess at how it might work. Nice work goofing up the App (inventory data?) and the workers Lowe's. Uninstalled. Its useless....

Works great. Every trip gets saved. Wish there was a way to find specific products we have bought like the 27different colors of paint I have bought over the years...

The quick list is nice but after you add something the first time, try to add something else later...impossible!

Love this app but it stopped showing the item location in our Ohio store. Otherwise 5 stars!

The best store app ever

Initially I thought the app was great. Unfortunately you cannot rely on the inventory level displayed in the app. Lowe's employees even told me not to rely on the app for in stock inventory. This has caused four trips to Lowe's without being able to purchase what I need. I have to update my star review from 4 to 2.

App different organization of items than website. Once u actually find stuff, click submit order nothing happens. Bad programming. Uninstalled, and downloader Home Depots and drove an extra few miles.

Beware of ordering via Lowe's app, depending on the location of your pick up, you may be given inferior/unacceptable merchandise. Not to mention the atrocious "customer service". Both call center representatives and in store employees, I encountered were unwilling and/or unable to assist me. Worst experience I ever had obtaining supplies!

Garbage. Can't even see my cart once I've added things, so I can't buy anything. Same goes with the mobile website.
