After multiple times still unable to enter rewards card number and called the number to sit on hold 30 minutes 3 different times

I'm commercial and don't fuel where the big trucks fuel. Dodge 3500 pulling a 40ft. flatbed, I don't get fuel credit and use over 900 gallons a month.

Can't get my card registered. it was setup on old version. Have no idea what my pin is.

Straight garbage since this recent update.. They need to go back to the way it was.

They completely fu@ked up the rewards card app. Now I can't see what I've earned. Nice going, braniacs

Wish it would save map route like before. Have to use new layout more before I give more stars to see if I like it better.

The old app was way better. Won't let me register card. Don't like the set up on the new update either. Used to be simple and very user friendly now it seems quite complicated.

Checking locations for state your in used to only show locations for that state. New app no longer does that. You have to sift thru other state locations just to get all locations for the state your in. If they can't fix that there's no needed to even have it on my phone

I only use love's for my fuel and no other truck stops fuel. The new app is great . I love the driver rewards. I can't say enough on how much I love the ideas put in the new app great job don't take away anything about it

I like the old app it was simple you open it up you ask to see your account information and it showed you your fuel purchase how many points everything this new app isn't as driver-friendly

IF this happens to you i uninstalled the app 2x and now its working..●But must say that I did get a response from my review ●updated now will not let me see my points or anything else....

This app is a lot more advanced then the last version. At the start of the app I wasn't sure how to work it, but I figured it out and I really like it a lot better.

Still work to be done. Can't get advance or other products. Have to have paper fuel receipt and fuel card. Real bulky. No ticket # on top of e receipt.

I had the original loves rewards app, but once it updated it removed itself from my phone, so I redownloaded it, but now it doesn't show me anything about my rewards as a professional driver... I've deleted it a second time, reloaded it and same issues... Pissed off.

Unable to log in with card. Not sure why, but app seems to be overriding brightness settings and just about blinding me when I'm trying to use it in the dark. You don't override user system settings. That's design 101. (Fixed?)

Wish Love's would add in MasterCard ability to the app. Also wish the app had a feature that would allow you to see and/or email 30 days worth of receipts from the app. Anyone know when Love's is going to enter into the 21st century and have barcode readers on the diesel pumps like they have on the gas pumps? What is a trucker to do about the rewards at the pump if the card with the magnetic strip is damaged or lost? I mean honestly, they give 1 card with a magnetic strip and 2 that has just a barcode. Even the app shows just the barcode.

Does not do truck routing, mapping looks like it use casr routing. Why does it jump to show the whole USA when I need my route only? I love the fuel at pump but it stop letting you and other products or cash advance thru app

Great app! Easy to use on road

All my onfo from the old app is gone. Can"t find my status, showers available, points earned or the rest of the info. Please change back to the old app.

I think it would be nice to see the mileage on my mobile receipt that should be added I don't think it would be difficult
