This is not just an amazing app but amazing products too. I just finished with my gf and she is worn out. Absolutely thrilled. Only problem was some slight disconnecting. But i think that was on me because i was using my cell network. No wifi here. Anyway other than that it is fantastic. Would recommend. :)

My boyfriend and I got this to help with our relationship since we live in different states. The camera quality sucked so bad that we went back to Skype in the middle of the deed! It was so frustrating but the only upside was the controls and playing to your music. Please resolve the camera situation and will give 5 stars.

So disappointed! Complete turn off because I cannot connect to the toy in spite of following all the instructions on troubleshooting. Great toy but terrible app!

Keep disconected

This is nuts it keeps disconecting the Bluetooth...it takes ages to find the toy ...:/ not fun at all

Please explain why this would need location permission? This is unacceptable when the notes indicate that you only fixed a bug.

Log in takes forever to load when i have put in correct info fix the issue

The login its not working for me nor is it, for my girlfriend

The app works almost perfect. There are some minor issues for me and my gf to log in but it's not a big deal. For sure it will be improved

Downloaded this app initially to remote control a friend's toy. Was able to connect to hers. Enjoyed that enough to purchase my own toy (the lush). Bluetooth on phone shows that the device is paired w/o asking for passcode, but when searching for the toy in the app it never finds it. I've been trying for over a week now. Deleted app and re-installed only to still have the same issue. Also tried installing the other app, it can't find my toy either. Finally emailing support in hopes this will get resolved.

I paid quite a bit of money so my wife and I can not feel so far apart and body chat disabled her mic on her phone. Cost too much to have that problem very very disappointed. Would return but .......ya know.

I dont seem to be able to create s playlist with android music on samsung note 4 and the app keeps logging out. Im on latest version. Can see great potential.

If I could give it zero stars I would! What a waste of money, can't even connect, talk about mood killer!

It wont connect to the lap top drops Bluetooth it sucks pay all the money and this really dont get in the tub with this toy it may not work later for dayz

The app wont allow me to log in can this be fixed?

Descusting aps

Video chat feature never works, and I can't login due to "network error" half the time.

My GF and I do not have the music function that is advertised. She has a Galaxy S5 running lollipop, I'm on a Nexus 6 running Marshmallow

My partner and I can't see or hear each other half the time... We end up using skype on our tablets and control each others toys without video on the app. So, the controls work great... But it would be great to see each other and/or hear.

Before buying their expensive internet enabled sex toy I decided to make sure the app that controlled it was good. I'm glad I did. It does not work, as all recent reviews are reporting. Do not buy these products until it is resolved as it renders the toys useless. It's not just the android app either, something is fundamentally broken, and seems to have been for a couple of weeks, which does not bode well for the quality of the tech support. Logins simply do not work, it just keeps trying and fails. The PC app does exactly the same thing so there is NO way of making this work at the moment. They've replied to say it was server issues that were fixed but it still doesn't login.

Prior to the latest update it was great, now I either get log in failed, or it takes 10+ attempts for a successful login, then countless more restarts for the app to actually recognize the toy. Extremely disappointing considering it's not an inexpensive product.

Won't let you do things unless it's someone in you phone or email contacts HATE IT

Since I installed this app my calls don't connect to the person I'm calling. Also it DOES NOT connect with my husband's device to work the way it's intended. COMPLETE waist of money for what the intended purpose is.

It takes several attempts to connect the toy. The chat interface is very buggy. And can you make it so you can delete or block someone from your list of people after they've been been added?

New sleeve for Max helps but needs air release that I don't have to mess with.Nora is too long. To play alone requires an Internet connection what the heck?? Video chat is about as good as one can expect and toy interactions seem good after server issues resolved. If they continue to improve this can be a great product.

Got a message saying the had a server issue and the problems have been resolved. Nope, still can't log in. Completely useless!

Ever since then update I can't use it with my husband that why we bought this to use it when we are away stupid thing crashes over and over ...really sucks also his is too toy small and mine it too big should have size that you can choose from please fix it soon!
