The app is easy enough to navigate and use. The Love Film service however is useless. We rarely get films from our list. ALWAYS get naff films and tv series we're not interested in and discs are scratched and dirty. To top it off the film I added as high priority over a year ago is on tv tonight....thank you Channel 4, I finally get to see my movie. Cancellation on it's way Love Film.

Slow in general, doesnt respond to button clicks unless I do it several times. The UI is bad and looks just ugly. Except the listview, I think that one is very good. When entering a wrong password it takes at least 5 seconds until you get a notification but when entering the correct password it takes not even a second. Whats up with that? I wanna let amazon know that I had a problem with a disc but I couldnt find an option to do so. Much easier on the website. Not worth downloading.

Can't exit the app do need to reboot tablet. Hangs if loses internet connection so cant actually see your rental list offline in a shop. Badly written crap.

A lot more unreliable than the previous vers ion, why can't you exit the app using the back button on a galaxy s3? Please fix!!,still have to force stop on a Galaxy S5, despite an update, sort it out! ! Why am I still having to force stop the app, over 8 months after I first reported it, please fix

Once opened, you'll never be able to close it... There is no option to exit this application. How funny....

Keine Trailer; ich sehe in den Listen nicht mehr welche Filme schon auf meiner Leihliste sind; "Filme" -> "Demnächst" zeigt nur noch B-Movies. Verbessert: Medien-Formate lassen sich besser wechseln, Performance auf dem Nexus 10 Alles in allem aber um Klassen schlechter!

Used to work but now when I press back, it gets stuck on the loading screen. Sort it out please

Frequently crashes, badly designed and poorly executed. Everything an app shouldn't be.

Doesn't work with Amazon 2 factor authentication.

Still bugged. Read a review then try and return to list of titles and the app just endlessly cycles. Need to close and restart.

Am able to get into the app, choose a couple of blu rays then crash, booted out again. I complained about this exact same thing nearly a year ago and it is still not fixed. Amazon obviously does not want our custom and cannot be bothered to hire professional app writers, so will buy elsewhere!

Keeps crashing. Not user friendly very hard to add titles to your list.

It's just such an awful experience. It crashes roughly every five minutes and the scroll position is lost when you go into an item and back out, so you need to scroll again! Just utterly rubbish.

This version works but crashes if you use the back button. Improvement over the last version i tried which didn't work at all.

Had to install again due to phone repair. Can't log in! No other way of managing account so will cancel lovefilm subscription.

Can't even produce an app that let's you manage you rentals. Surely after years of trying they could muster something up.

Dear Amazon, please make it possible to specify that I want Blurays whenever possible, not dvds.

No, I was wrong - it's still broken. If you press back when reading a review it gives you the loading screen and nothing else. C'mon guys fix it, I'm paying for this service!

Can't even log in as the letters that appear on screen as a security thing cover the input boxes, so i can't even comment on the rest of it. Not a good start is it?!

Unable to use app (or website) on a note 4 because you can't log in. They ask for signin details then ask for them again with a Turing number over the edit boxes so you can't see/select them. Would have thought amazon would check that...very poor

so difficult to add things to the list; searching/filtering is limited to say the best; and it crashes often. For a name like Amazon, in 2015.... shameful!

Why does it take so long for you to put new films on here, i can buy half of the ones im looking for in the shop already, on another note you're app crashes to much and the lay out is horrendous

I get that you can manage you list and stuff, but when you select a genre, then select the blu ray option option, any film you add defaults standard dvd, so u have to change it manually, then if you have chosen to add add a movie half way down the list, upon exit ur put back to the top again meaning u have to scroll back to where u were to keep browsing, Lovefilm... you are losing to Netflix!

Gets worse each update. Now just crashes when you search for anything as others have said. Over paid under talented developers getting away with murder. Update: And months on, still no fixes. Appalling.

Terrible UX. Everything is difficult to do / unintuitive and you can't do important stuff like reporting something hasn't arrived. Should be rolled into the main Amazon app and abandoned.

Extremely basic browsing, painful to go in and out of items on a long list. You can add titles to a list but no ability to view and edit your lists, I mean COME ON!!! Once I've seen a film elsewhere I need to delete it from a list in the app, but no, have to go online. No reviews that should be piped in from Amazon. Not updated in years. Pretty frequent random crashes. The whole impression is that Amazon don't give two hoots about their DVD by post customers.

Just useless. Can't even access my rental list. No obvious log in option on the home page. What do they think we want a love film app for? It's going in the trash.

Why does it take so long for you to add the latest films to your list, im currently getting them quicker on Sky movies, i can even go out and buy some of the ones you dont yet have in the shop. Im questioning what im actually paying for now

Does a job, but can't remember blu-ray or DVD choice, so every film takes multiple 'clicks' to reserve. Each time you click a change it struggles and crashes. Lovefilm should support their postal customers. Rubbish.

No clear navigation and the screen locks after using back button

This is getting boring now,i cant remember the last film I got sent for myself! Taking ages with new releases, im ordering the kids any available film theyl watch just to get my moneys worth,seriously thinking of just cancelling now!!

Should be able to sort previously rented by date rented.

Practically useless. Are you desperate to fail as a business? It doesn't even work properly for the minute service it is meant to offer. Absolutely abysmal.

does anyone there actually bother with maintaining lovefilm app since the amazon take over? Seems all their effort now goes into the streaming service...which is crap

Filters don't work, filter by blu ray and it adds did to your list. Constantly freezes.

App keeps getting stuck when loading. Have to shut down the app to use it again.

Slow to search but sort of done the job.deleted it when app just stuck on downloading/searching and couldn't exit/close app even after net was switched off therefore draining battery!!Will install again at some point in future.
