Every time I close the app from the recent tasks and reopen it, it has to sync ALL my mailbox again. Just closing it, not cleaning cache or data or anything similar. I have disabled all the options in Android but still every time I close it and open it resyncs everything...

Vastly improved since it's initial days. Now, it works the way it is expected to. Push mail works fine. 2 stars less because I want to have a single platform for my personal as well as office mails. I will be happier once it allows me to configure my personal accounts as well.

App keeps locking up and keeps reinstallimg itself after i uninstall iy.

"History" can not be opened to read trailing email.

I getting an error when trying to login that my device is not recognised by your organisation. It was working well in the old one. Please add MI MAX2 in database soon.

App takes over lock out and time out putting to max time and making cpu over heat and battery drain. Need for work so i am forced to turn off phone. Can't wait to dump for outlook. So unacceptable.

Does not sync with devices calendar and e-mail app. It does not support recent Android versions, so if you bought a new phone, then you are doomed. Like a joke from a company that tries to be "innovative" but only able to work in legacy systems *facepalm*

Can't run - the device you are using is not known to your organization. You need to upgrade the app to support the latest androids I suppose.

The update from Oct 2017 finally added the ability to view only unread emails. This is a huge improvement leaving just the ability to view free/busy data for calendars to make the client really useful for travelers.

It works only upto Android 6.0 OS versions. It doesn't work in Android OS above 6.0. Please resolve this issue.

After providing my companys server address, when I M trying to login error come that an unexpected error come from server. Like Plz provide user id and password.

Battery draining app when in push mode. Doesn't automatically sync if I put on interval mode. Useless!

Email updates now work great. Can the app be updated to Oreo so notification channels be used?

Needs improvement in syncing as with one network its working and other not.

Coming from iPhone to Android and this app is horrendous. When you get attachments you have to download and export then go find the file to view it. On iPhone simply click the attachment and you could view it. Is there a workaround? I don't want to download every attachment.

The search function using this application on a mobile device is terrible. I struggle to find mail no matter what 'keywords' I use, whether it is a contact name I use for keyword or even a specific email address. I find I have to switch my computer on and then look for the mail I want, or I have to manually scroll through my emails using this application which is very time consuming and frustrating. This feature needs improvement.

I get syncing troubles all the time, or device not known to your organization. I can never rely on it to work when I need it.

IBM stable had made lotus organiser which revolutionised usage of calender. Can we in your calender have a basic feature that your pending to do entries appear with reminder till they are closed?

Unable to sync quite frequently, "unexpected error code 400", have to remove and uninstall often, and this doesn't always fix the app.

After entering userid and password, app says , your device is not known to the organisation. How to resolve it?

Please allow me to decide or stop all together your mail app making notification sounds during a phone call. It's annoying and unprofessional when I'm using the speaker for a business call.

Since the last update, I have stopped receiving emails, either provide me a fix or next update. App reinstall is not possible. Where / how can I contact IBM support India, please provide details

Extremely disappointed with this app but yet forced to use it since there isn't any alternate available. Hate how it stacks email notifications together and not let you glimpse at the email from notifications to determine whether it needs your immediate attention or it can wait (only tells you that you have xxp emails) Basic formatting such as bold/italics is not available, commonly used email addresses don't get saved and it searches for the addresses every time which itself is slow and annoying. Calendars lacks basic features, no option to send an email to meeting invites. Even basic functions require too many unnecessary taps. Switched from iPhone to Android and my work productivity is going down because of this app.

Can't login: "The device you are using is not known to your organization". What do I do next? There is no user assistance or content with further instructions.

I am unable to read the attachment in mail. I only have share option?
