This is a useless app. They need a new system that actually works as we where unable to use it to reserve anything.

Don't waste your time, doesn't work, can't reserve rides.

예약을 하고 싶어도 못함;; 예약 시간에 맞춰서 기다리고 하려해도 1초만에 마감되는듯?? 진짜 매직패스로 가는사람이 새차가 하는 기분도 들고 별로임..

Don't waste time, this app doesn't work to reserve anything, regardless any time of the year. Only the way is to stand in the line.

Is this just in Korean?

They should never make another app again. Booking is impossible especially with two riders and the only explanation from workers is that the rides get booked faster than concerts...

This app is terrible.

Useless

If I could give it minus five stars I would. The App doesn't work, you can't reserve anything. Wait for rides are massive, 140 minutes at 2pm in school time for one of the less popular rides. Over-priced, over-crowded - left me feeling underwhelmed and under appreciated as a paying customer. Would rather have paid the best part of 40 pounds for someone to slap me in the face with a wet fish. At least it would have been better value and more rewarding than this complete rip off.

Magic pass was useless. Reservations where limited and closed within seconds of opening. It wasn't a busy day or or a weekend

Lotte World would have been much better if we weren't stressing to reserve rides on our phones every 15 mins.

Was cheated to get this worthless n most useless app!! Whoever make this mechanism to reserve for rides should be terminated, They should have make it such a way that people should go on the spot to redeem the 3 magic tix. Rather then make reservation (who knows whoever make e reservation but stuck in other q n waste the reserved spot). End day 3 magic tix were still left, isn't it magical ?! Real Bad experience n I WILL NOT recommend my family n friends to visit this lousy place n lousy app.. A Big F for u

Doesn't work but some rides request booking through app in advance. So we have to miss out some attractions. Never to go lottery world or recommend to anyone.

Apps Closing for security issue.. Using custom rom but not rooted.. Useless... Waste of time.. Pls improve...

So instead of offering the option of purchasing "fast track" for rides, the ticket counter asked us to download this app. This is by far the worse app i have ever used. It is so pointless as well because it continuously crashes and reservations are always full. Imho, dont bother with the park and the app. Park is nothing specjal either.

Don't ever dare to go to this park, the magic pass is even completely booked out (full) on a normal Thursday... 1 full day and 3 rides, that's a big joke.. Many rides cost 3000 additional, why? Don't go there..

The app is useless. All of them are reserved. Also having 3 rides closed with no announcement anywhere visible for normal pple. 2 being the most popular.

Tries to gain root access. I denied it then says security check failed... why do i need an unrooted phone ffs

Everywhere is full reservation. Pointless and waste of time.

I reserve only 3 seats. it always show exceeds seeds example Sinbad, Fantasy dream and I can't reserve.

Most of time rides are reserved. Cannot even use this app.

When I open the app it simply tells me that it's closing for a “security issue” not sure what this means. Might have something to do with not having a Korean phone

App will request root and refuse to work if it is denied. This is ridiculous and laughable.
