Social Links - Contacts

Social Links has been designed to improve productivity when dealing with your contacts and social networks. The synchronization process of most native social applications is usually far from perfect often times causing duplication of data or even data loss. Social Links also has a powerful reminder system that can be linked to a contact.


Social Links currently integrates with:

Facebook:
-Wizard to help you sync your friend's pictures and birthday it uses a ranking algorithm to match contacts x friends then you will confirm (or not) the link between each contact and friends one by one avoiding duplication which is a common issue with most social network auto-sync process
-Option to sync data (photo, birthday) of existing contacts/friends that had been previously matched
-Online Presence
-Links to chat, wall, post status, pictures
-Update Status

b) Some fields fetched from your social network data may (depending on Android version) appear in your device contacts as 'note' fields, make sure you won't delete them.

c)No sensitive data like(e.g.password) are handled by this application (login made by native app)

Permissions Explained:
Write_Contacts -> Save picture, social info to contacts
Send_Sms -> Send SMS message to groups
Internet, Access_Network_State, Access_Wifi_State -> To fetch social network data to (sync), check if user is connected
Boot Completed -> Re-schedule alarms after device boot
Wake Lock -> Alarms when triggered may need to 'wake up' device
