6 Week Fit for Android
This app is small but so is dynamite. I have worked out with it for about three weeks and my body has made some big changes- along with clean and consistent high protein eating habits that is. (wraps with any choice of meat and veggies, two protein shakes per day, a cup of quick oats in whole milk, brown rice & whole grains) My max reps have all increased after the first series of using the program. More importantly my endurance has increased exponentially; my regular workout routine has reached a new level. I recommend this workout for anyone aspiring to kick start a lifestyle of personal fitness or for any enthusiast trying to get over a plateau. I'm using it to keep myself military fit while I go to college to qualify for officership in the armed forces. My metabolism is through the roof now; its not meant for bulky muscle gains, but if you're looking to build lean strong muscles that keep you going all day this app is great. I've gained two pounds of muscle in nearly a month. The app works with your natural body growth no matter your fitness level. I am waiting for an updated version of this app; I'm sure what's coming will only better serve to keep me in top condition.
Nice app. I like the super set programming unlike other apps with similar workouts. Two things are lacking for me to give 5 stars. I would love to see workout history and the ability to add or deleting exersises in my workout plan without starting over.
