This is a really good app for learning the abacus. I've learned a lot already. It's fun.

Really good as it teaches the usage of it, with clear explanation and user interaction.

It would have been better if could link up some videos esp. on the beginning of new chapter....only a suggestion

Good workouts

This was my favorite app when first learning. Really nice interface that supports multi-touch and reset. Sounds are soothing. Also, the mental exercises are nice, but not something I've mastered yet. What it truly lacks is more difficult problems with 3+ digits, which force you to worry about carryover digits more. For that reason, I've been using the Simple Soroban app more.

This makes learning easy. The applause on the completion of a level is a fun addition. I noticed the coloured dots will change again when a level is repeated for practice. Once you are good at it get a real abacus. Then download the Japan Abacus app that gives lots of math to play with. It has a timer to show your abacus proficiency. EDIT...install button for unwanted apps placed tightly against abacus reset button. Dishonest.

It has a normal abacus that helps me do practices alone like i just gave my self random numbers to add,subtract ,multiply and divide

Excellent app, but I couldn't find an introduction on how to do the mental arithmetic exercises, without which learning abacus will not be of much use. Surely I will update the review once I get a reply...

I wish it had more games for the hundreds and thousands columns in adding. An abacus can calculate as long as it has enough bars to do so. It would be nice to how to do more mental math involving larger numbers.

This is a well made app. Makes its very easy to learn abacus even for childrens. Keep up the good work developers and thank you for spreading the knowledge

I became an expert in just ONE DAY!! my friend took one month to learn the addition and subtraction while I knew it as well as multiplication in a day!! So satisfied with the app

This app teaches the Soroban step by step and consists of many tutorials. Actually I came to know the Abacus on 18 September 2015 and on the very next day i.e. 19 September 2015 I was near to an expert just by using this app. Awesome awesome awesome app. It is not so simple to program an app on Android. But this app makes one to understand the Soroban Abacus very very very very very very very very very very easy. And the 2nd best app is "Simple Soroban by Bruno Oliveira", you can keep both. Enjoy now.

Best learing abacus in the world.

Great tutorial system, but there is up to a three second delay after every action. When adds are removed it speeds up. Use another app until they change the ad scheme unless you have a blocker.

Really good app. Clear explanations. I don't like the ads but who does? And it's for free so no reason to complain.
